I had requested a bathroom remodel for my handicapped dad who has been in the hospital and is now in rehab. I was quoted a price and told an estimate of a date he could do the project. I sent a few texts asking when we could meet to sign the contract and get the down payment to him. After a couple texts he replied he would suggest someone else take care of this project. I wish he has told me this earlier so I could have gone with someone else and that is what I told him. He then responded that I was mentally unstable, and he would not get into a contract with me. Maybe if you have been thru breast cancer and then taking care of your elderly parents you might have some compassion towards others. I don't care what his work is like, this is not the man I would want in my house. No respect for anyone!!!

Todd Allen, the owner, was professional and helpful from our first meeting. We had to wait several months for Todd to start the job, but it was worth it. He made several good suggestions for improving the bathroom design, which we adopted. He also helped guide us in choosing the tile, paint, and fixtures after we explained the style we wanted, and we are so happy with the results. The jobsite was neat when he left each day, and he hung heavy plastic sheeting to keep the dust from overwhelming my allergies. My husband and I recommend this firm without reservations. The owner has three decades of experience in the building trades, and it shows. He managed to fix several issues in our home that other contractors had failed to remedy. He did what he promised, for a fair price, and took obvious pride in his craft. We have already asked him to do a master bathroom renovation and the kitchen in the future, but will have him do our fireplace and interior paint this year. Remodeling is always a bit of a pain, but Todd kept it from disrupting our lives more than necessary.
