The Individual who came and inspected our home that we are purchasing was very polite and professional.

They were great, they went in great detail on what I need to do when I buy the house. Told me everything that needed to be done to the house and the items to watch for in the future. The thing I liked is the explained what was going on vs just sending me a long report.

The inspector was very thorough and included pictures of what he found. I loved that! I could see what he found too. The home is a ways away from his place of business but he was able to come out and inspect the home in a very short time. In would recommend him to others or would use again if I ever move.

Joshua did my inspection today and he was very professional and personable. His expertise was evident in all our conversations. He explained everything to me very honestly and in a way I could understand. He was also very patient, because I know my many questions during the inspection must have interrupted his work. I would trust him to do future inspections and I recommend him without reservations.

Poor experience. Time was changed on inspection and we were not able to be there to participate in the process. Inspection of a 4300 sq. ft. home took them less than an hour and a half? Very general information given. Some items we noticed on our own that were in disrepair and not just aesthetic were left off of the report or unnoticed. Fee was $565 for an hour and half? Raining so hard I don't know how they could have even done a proper roof or outdoor inspection, which is probably why they didn't catch the rotting wood under the deck. Roof inspection was done via binoculars. Thorough is more important than fast on a $440K purchase. If I did purchase this home, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it on this inspection. Would never use again.

Jason was fantastic and very professional in his dealings. He was on time and provided the final report the same day as inspection. Not only was he very helpful explaining the report upfront but he was also available later when I had follow up questions. He did a great job and I have full confidence in his inspection.

The inspector was excellent. He thoroughly reviewed the rental home we were buying. This included reviewing the roof, electrical and plumbing systems, structure and foundation, everything which pertained to the house. His report was easy to understand and included everything which did not need repair or needed repair. This review helped us make the decision what and how to negotiate with the seller. Justin was knowledgable, thorough, helpful, and professional. He even came back at a different time to inspect the plumbing system as the owner had failed to have water turned on for the home inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

He was very through but didn't include unnecessary info that may typically be overwhelming to someone going through the process of purchasing their home. He was available to answer any questions we had with very quick responses and is very easy to talk with. I even reached out to him for some out of state contacts and he did not rest until he knew I had what I needed! He makes an effort to learn and to grow his business. He really goes the extra mile!

In addition to having the best price of the inspectors our realtor recommended, Jason responded very quickly and gave us an extremely thorough report, which we took to the seller to negotiate some repairs.
