We didn't use them. They were fine. They gave us a written quote. They were prompt and on time with that.

I have been shopping there for a long time. They have a good return policy and they are right in there with everyone else. You get what you expect.

We were very happy with them. They were pretty much professional, punctual and on time.

The place is about a block and a half from the house, which is very handy. Their employees have been very friendly and helpful. It's a good place to shop.

They did the project roughly in November or December 2008. It was a big project. The total price included appliances. The project went fine. They did a very good job from design to delivery. I was very happy with the results. I thought they knew what they were doing both in the design phase and in the contracting phase. I would consider using them again in the future.

I was not there for the work. All I know was the final result. My wife was there. At the last minute we were suddenly informed of a lead abatement fee on that, but I think that was something that was sprung on them at the last minute too. When we were trying to get the initial estimate done, I had to stop in back at the store a couple of times because you submit your name at the store and they are supposed to contact you. It took a couple of weeks before I actually had someone show up at the house to do the measurements. The install, once it happened, was good. We would use them again in the future if we needed to for any other work.

So far, so good. Project is still in process.

The installer called to make the appointment and actually worked with my schedule and gave an exact time of arrival. On the day of the installation he was running a few minutes behind but called to tell me he was on the way and was only about fifteen minutes late. He was very nice and professional. He removed the old storm door and asked if I wanted to keep it or have him haul it away. Then installed the new door, cleaned up the mess, gave me my paperwork and showed me how the features on the door worked. In all it took about an hour. This has to be the best service we have received on a job in our home. We usually try to do it ourselves to avoid a bad experience but this has restored my faith in hiring outside help.

Poor. Was told by Home Depot the sinks would be set (no plumbing but sinks attached). Installer refused to attach sinks and did not care how sinks actually fit in holes. He did not even line up to plumbing.

Home Depot did a very good job and I am really pleased with the way things have turned out. There are no tacks visible on the floor and no wrinkles either. I probably could not have asked for anything better. The carpet looks beautiful. I am glad that they did not make a mess of things. They cleaned up very nicely.

The crew that came out didn t seem to know what they were doing. It seemed like they took their time even though the pricing and carpet was good. I would still give them a D because of their work.

They were great about everything and they even hauled off the old doors for me so I didn't have to lift a finger. The whole job took them about four hours total and they handled everything very well. I haven't had a single problem with either of the doors so I was happy with them.

They were out here fairly quick after I called them to see what they had to do and they began the installation. They were very polite and respectful. When they were installing the carpet, they took their time and did everything right.

They did good work, but you couldn't understand what they were saying because they didn't speak English. I would have appreciated it if they would have sent someone that we could have understood or send a translator with them.

The doors were both well made as well as being relatively inexpensive. There were two men who came over to install them which were done in only one hour. They were both very clean and polite while in our home. The job was not complicated but the doors had to be hung straight enough to avoid any friction with the door jams. This was done perfectly they open and close with little or no effort. The old doors and their related hardware were taken away.

I was totally dissatisfied with everything. The workmen did an awful job and were totally unprofessional. They nicked my molding when they installed the flooring and failed to properly install the flooring. The price was also expensive. When I reported the problem Home Depot refused to make it right.

I went to Home Depot they have good prices. I was most impressed with the contractor they sent out. He easily put the new countertops and they were an exact fit. He cleaned up the whole thing before he left. We were just very happy by how smooth it went.

We really enjoyed our visit to their store, they walked us through, but they were not pushy. They gave us time to pick out the flooring and they didn't try to add anything to it. We set a day for the installers to come out and they showed up on time. They did great quality work that we were very pleased with and they did a great job cleaning up the old flooring.

I was very pleased. I was not without hot water long, which made me happy. The price was pretty good and I got a ten year warranty with it.

We just stumbled upon this lovely carpet and we had to have it. We requested the installation as soon as possible. As soon as they began the installation, the carpet really looked good in the rooms. The men were very good at their job and they cleaned up everything when they were done. What a beautiful job they did on my carpets.

Home Depot had a great selection of flooring to choose from. They were pretty courteous, but one thing I was dissatisfied about was that they forgot about the padding that went down first. It was a little extra so that was something that shouldn t have been left out. They did excellent work though.

The guys were incredible. After they removed all of the old carpet, they thoroughly cleaned the floor. They were professional, on time and left no mess behind. I was very pleased with the way the carpet turned out and I would highly recommend them.

The service man was helpful in showing me what would be the best. The contractor showed up when they were scheduled to and their work was good. We didn t have any problems with anything. They also removed the old flooring before replacing it with the new flooring.
