We saw this company at a home show, and called them to give us an estimate on replacing the windows in our home. The salesman (Mark) was very professional and went through the different brands that they offer, and suggested the products he thought would fit our needs. The company sells many brands of windows, and it is helpful to see them side by side in the showroom. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. Our estimate was clearly written out and detailed. In the end we went with another company mainly due to price. But I would recommend the company as a resource for anyone considering replacing windows.

The project took a while and in the end we were satisified.

I called Home Choice to have an estimate for replacing all the windows in our home. I have gotten quotes from other companies, and found information on Home Choice here on Angie's List and thought I would give them a try. Bad idea. As far as scheduling a time for a salesman to come out, that was relatively easy and painless. It went downhill from there. The man arrived on time, but without and identification or samples. He only had a legal pad to write window dimensions on, no pamphlets or samples for me to view to discuss options. He told me he had a showroom in Knoxville that I could drive over and see what they had to offer. He also told me that the windows I currently have were the bottom line in window production - thanks for the insult. He later went on to tell me that he would only recommend vinyl replacement windows because in his opinion (which was incorrect) my neighborhood and home's value wouldn't justify higher-end wood windows! Thanks for the 2nd insult. Almost a week later, I still have no estimate on the cost for replacing my windows!! Pass, pass, pass on this company!

I am lucky to get who I got and he is by far the best of the best employee there. His name is Doug and I would recommend him to anybody. My whole are went through tornadoes and a lot of siding, windows and roofs had to be done. I had by far the best installer and other people who used Home Choice had problems with their installers. For this business, installation is key. I highly recommend Doug at Home Choice and Andy Carter as the installer, who is a sub contractor.

I have heard of other people who got other installers who had problems. If you have had windows replaced, installers are the key to success. I highly recommend Doug at Home Choice and the installer is Andy Carter.

Came to give me an estimate for window repair. Never sent the estimate and refused to return calls or emails. Never heard from him again.

Our salesman at Home Choice was very knowledgeable and objective. Because they offer and have experience with many different manufacturers and types of window construction - and therefore price points - he was able to objectively explain the trade-offs, the pluses and minuses of each line. We are very happy with the windows and the service.

Went well. We obtained four quotes. The quotes ranged from around $20,000 to $30,000. This was the low quote by around $2,000. I was familiar with their work from my place of business, so I was pleased that they came in the lowest. They had three separate crews for each type of flooring. The hardwood guys were FAST. The only concern was that they were good at taking things apart, but someone else had to help put back....toilets, dishwasher. The carpet guys did their thing quickly, and were willing and able to move some tough items...pinball machines, workout equipment. They had a little boo boo when they inadvertantly took down some wired closet shelving in my closet, but I was able to fix that in less than an hour. The tile work was outstanding.

It went very well. The crew was very conscientious and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up when they were through. The entire job took approximately 2 days. After they left and we had a couple of days to live with the floor we discovered a couple of boards that were slightly warped or splintered. They came back out the next day and fixed it in no time. We could not be more pleased with the work they did.
