The technician was very polite, arrived on time and was very efficient. He did a great job.

There was an additional cost of $35 to the $69 Big Deal cost. The services were performed satisfactorily. They were on-time, prompt. Their technician was helpful. He was professional and friendly. I would recommend them most highly for hardware.

Wow...details....this is all this company provides...exquisite detailing to all the computers I have had repaired and the new gaming unit that the kids enjoy....the education that this person went through to get where he is today...with all the work load of family and holding down a full time job is a wonder he ever got the time to do my units....I have purchased two units from him...I used to have my old computers repaired over and over again but to no avail kept crashing...High Tower Computers ....now keeps me up on what is new and trending and goes far and beyond what any other computer repair/building place has ever...not only is he professional he backs up his word and his work...I am grateful for this company and would recommend it to all my friends and anyone that is looking for a great deal and work ethic of a professional person and company

I left a message with Scott Moore at HighTower ComputerCare and within minutes he answered my message and came to my place of business that day and helped me get the things done that I wanted done. He knew exactly what I wanted and knew what he was doing and within an hour set me up with what I wanted done!!

The efficiency of this company overall was terrific. From the time I needed my repairs done to the time I received my fixed computer back was a wonderful turn a round. I was back doing my work and enjoying my now completely and smooth running computer. I am glad that High Tower Computer's, could do such a great job in such little time let alone for such a reasonable pric You ask for Do's and Don't...well Do use this company you will not be disappointed in the least. Don't go anywhere else that won't give you the turn around that this company has done for me. Nor should you ...or should I say Don't over spend what other companies say it will cost...always compare...with High Tower Computers, I found them to be basically in the ball park of what I could afford.
