 + -1 moreDO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!! Henshaws heating and air took $300 for prepaid service and refused for months to call us back or schedule it. When we could reach someone they would say it was a different person that needed to call us back and nobody ever did. They make money by collecting your $300 and never doing the work. Absolute scam...when I asked for a refund they said there are no refunds.
Description of Work: I paid for prepaid maintenance and they never performed the work after many messages and promises to show up...when I demanded a refund they refused. Horrible company and the owner Andy was incredibly rude and unprofessional

 + -1 moreI was very impressed with the company. The appointment was for tech arrival between 9:30 and 11:30. At 9:00 am the tech (Tim) texted me and said he was on his way. He arrived at 9:15 (I had asked them to be as early as possible). Tim was clearly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was curious about the work and Tim had no issue letting me watch him work and he explained everything in layman's terms as he worked. As he was wrapping up, the owner of the company called to check in on the work. I was very impressed with the owner and Tim the technician. I'll definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreTim from Henshaw's was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem in a matter of minutes, and answered all my questions about other aspects of the unit. Excellent service. I will definitely call them again in the future.
