Description of Work: They were to cut one tree next to our driveway; cut two snags still hanging and trim up three trees to clear our view to the lake. They did an excellent job. The only complaint I had was with the tree they cut down. The stump was not cut level and is a little unsightly. There price was excellent. The workers were very polite and they cleaned up the chips after their work. Everything was hauled off.

Description of Work: We had a large Bradford pear in our front yard that was climbing into the power lines and was getting very large and had several trees growing up and branches against the house. He did all these trimmings and cut down a few dead bushes. Very professional. Fast and well priced.

Description of Work: Tree removal and stump grinding. Good job to remove tree and the stump was grinder but I thought they should have removed the chips from the stump. Called to question and was told to look at the estimate/quote provided. They were correct however I think the estimate could have been more specific in this regards. |

Description of Work: Very professional. On time. Great advice about which trees to bring down vs trimming. They removed 3 trees and trimmed several large limbs from other trees. Also had stump grinding service. Final cost was exactly as quoted. Highly recommended, and would do business again.

It went well.
Description of Work: I purchased a groupon for three hours of tree trimming. Once we met and determined what needed to be done and how much more it would be than the groupon was good for, they came out and did the work. They did a good job.

Description of Work: Hancock tree service has not kept it's promise to call back or show up for an appointment. When finally contacted after missing our scheduled meeting, he was not apologetic in any way. Poor service, poor communication, no follow through. Unprofessional. Find another tree service.
