They were professional, efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and punctual. They explained what they were doing. They cleaned up after each project. I’d definitely hire them again.

Mark was on time and started work as soon as he got here. He actually found the problem in under 10 minutes! He didn't have the part I needed on his truck, but he went to get it and returned promptly! This is the guy you want for your electrical needs!

I wanted an estimate on an upgrade for my circuit breaker box. It was quoted about $1050 ($300 more than the promotion they were running due to the fact he suggest it be lowered a few inches) which seemed fair. The following week I called back to setup a date to have the work done, then waited a couple days for a response. Then I called again and left another message and a few months later I am still waiting. Mark seemed nice, knowledgeable, and professional. My main problem was the lack of courtesy of a call back. Professionalism did lose a grade due to the assistant lighting up a cigarette while I was discussing the repair with them.

Mark contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment for the service and arrived on time the day of the service. The work was completed quickly and as I wanted it.

I was finishing my basement and he was very patient with me. He roughed in the lights and then had to wait a couple months as I worked on framing, putting up drywall, and painting then came right out and finished up. He did excellent work and I would definitely hire again.

It didn't go at all because these people never bothered to return my call! I left a voice message with them 5 days ago. Apparently they don't need my business so I'm not sure why they are adversiting to get more business? I hired another electrician who responded immediately and performed my work in a very timely manner.

They guys came right on time and had the fans installed in no time. The work was quick, efficient and clean. They installed all the additional wiring I needed and were able to make the fans run smoothly, so as they don't move, even with the fan on high. After this was done, the guys were able to run the testing and labeling of my electrical panel. I have a two story home with tons of outlets and light switches and they had this all labeled and taken care of before they left. I used the Angie's List promotion they offered of an electrician for a day and they sent two people so that they were finished with the work by 12:30. Excellent work!

The work went very well. His team (Mark + 2 others) quickly addressed the items they identified in their original quote, and also found that another exposed wire was not connected to anything and could be removed--a safe and cheap fix! Mark did the estimate free of charge!, and on a Saturday! Work scheduled 3 days after quote. Total work time: 1 hr.

everything went fast and easy. with professional results. this is the 3rd time i used them . And since I am setting the the garage as a work shop. I will use them again . Anyone that has a work shop knows you cant run your major power tools all on the one breaker . its nice not having to worry that in the middle of your work you have to stop to flip your breaker back on. I will use them again

They came when expected and once they accessed the scope of the work, they arranged to work through the weekend. They worked steadily and efficiently and were excellent problem solvers who obviously take pride in doing things right. Very friendly and professional and gave very good valu e for the money. They came prepared with the right tools and supplies to do a number of different things and they cleaned up everwhere they worked. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They installed four smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide sensor along with two lights.

As he was installing the light switch that was moved from the opposite wall, the lights went out and he asked me to flip the breaker. He never said what happened until I ask him about it and he said that he hit a wire when drilling a hole. I had to ask about it again stating that I was not comfortable with the situation until he went back up and fixed it. I would not hire this person again.

I left a message for them to set a date for their visit. They got back to me at the end of the workday and set a date, today. They are two of the most cheerful and pleasant men in the business. They explained everything they did and didn't mind my questions. My stove outlet was a three prong one and I wanted it changed to a four prong. Found out the outlet was three prong; but the wire was a four wire. When they checked the circuit breaker panel we found out why. Whoever installed the original wiring put in a three prong outlet and adjusted the ( I have no idea of what I'm talking about here) difference by simply cutting the ground wire in the circuit panel apparently converting the four wire to fit the three prong outlet. I'm so glad they found that. Also, Mark's talents include wiring telephones and computers. He cut off a couple yards of excess telephone wire and reconnected it to the telephone box outside. Nice to have that mess out of the way. Wall to wall call Hall's. The slogan of the day.

They were great, I highly recommend them. When I called and left a message on their machine, they actually called me back! More than I can say for other electricians that I called. Bob came and looked everything over, got the bulb out, and said he thought they could replace the security light without a bucket truck. Said he would get the parts he needed and would come back. Mark and Bob came back the same day! I was amazed. The security light that Mark brought that I thought would be too big and too bright, turned out to be just right. And Bob climbed up there on a LADDER (which scared the heck out of me) to replace the security light. Then they took care of the rest of the jobs. We had a problem with the porch light fixture. When I called Mark back and asked him about it, he suggested we try different things. When that didn?t work, Bob came back out and fixed the problem. They were personable, efficient and reasonably priced. As it is said, ?for any electrical, walls to walls, call Halls!? I definitely will!

It went very well. They were able to install the outlets exactly where I wanted them, and I wasn't charged anything beyond the deal that I had prepaid for. I had been expecting to have to pay at least for some of the materials, however they provided them at no charge and finished within the two hour window. All in all, very pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others for electrical contracting needs.
