The price was reasonable. They did a good job except I didn't like some of the bending that they did with the new gutter. They bent it and I asked them about it. They said that was how they had to do the guttering. I said it was new and it could fit right in there, but they did and it worked so I really can't complain. They were good.

I like the style of Gutter Helmet's and how it works. There a little more expensive than others but they get the job done.

They took it a week before the roofers had come. When the roofers left, they had to wait for 3-4 weeks to put it back on. I found a way to keep the warranty that is to let them take it off and replace it. They charged to take it off and put it on. The price was a little much for the work, but if I want to keep the warranty then I don't have another option. I liked their work; but I didn't like the price. They did the work when I wasn't home. One man will come out to do the work. He would remove it and store it. He would come back to place it again, and then he will send over the bill.

I’m very impressed with them and how they complete the job. We have gutters on warranty and they have done everything from replacing damaged gutters to installation. They did a great job matching to the existing and if you have to have a re-roofing job, they have an organized system of getting things done. I would highly recommend them.

They say it's suppose to keep out squirrels, but they didn't, especially during dry weather. I called them and told them about the squirrel issues, and they came by once or twice, but we have one area that's very high in the back that they were saying they were taking care of, but they weren't. We found that they had chewed into the house in that spot, and we spent thousands evicting the squirrels. They didn't tell us that the problem was getting worse. We had trapped 8 or so squirrels, and now we need roofers to repair the damage.

We had a very nice experience with them and were very pleased with their services. They came out and gave us an estimate. We told them to hold the work for some time and they were very nice about that. They worked with our time schedule and they were very good in answering all our questions. Everything worked out beautifully. We checked with three other companies that had done the gutter helmet done by Gutter Helmet In Chattanooga. It was worth the money we paid because after this work we didn?t have to worry about having the gutters cleaned.
