Horrible do not hire unless you want horrible craftsmanship, left with structural engineering issues, electrical issues, no show, lack of response and no response. Project is not complete and he will not show up, call or email. Continual price gouging. If you hire him, you will be wasting lots of time and money and will end up having to hire professionals to fix their screw ups. They undersized a structural beam by half, causes floor sagging upstairs and sagging roof.

Reginald and his team are amazing! He was willing and able to take care of all the remodel, from traveling to multiple different stores to find materials that fit our tastes to installing the materials promptly, and answering/clarifying any questions we had on the way. He was very clear about our options the entire way through, and his rates were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Before we closed on our home we started looking for contractors. My wife began calling around to get someone to visit. After speaking with Reginald at Guaranteed services she was sure we had found the right one. Fast forward to today and we still feel the same way. Guaranteed services has repaired, rescreened, and repainted our deck. Built new outdoor deck steps. Built a beautiful and very sturdy fence over 350 linear ft. Completely remodeled 3 bathrooms including tile, plumbing, and building a new shower. Painted most of our home. Found and replaced completely rotted pipes after jackhammering the foundation. Added wrought iron railing on front porch and back yard. Replaced an old FPE electrical box with a brand new 200A box. Removed 2 dead trees in our yard (over 70ft) The list goes on. We are very fortunate to have found Guaranteed services. The professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable price will have us continue to utilize their services. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Reginald and his crew installed a wood privacy fence last year. The installation was great. They returned to pressure wash and stain the fence at the beginning of this year and the service was great. Very professional and informative I strongly recommend them
