+ -1 moreHe called me about 45 minutes before our appointment to see if he could come earlier - which was fine. He showed up, did the work I had asked him to do. He was very friendly and very professional. He was obviously very competent working inside the computer. I would recommend him to anyone that needs computer repair services.
Description of Work: I needed to have a power supply replaced the same day I called John. I called him at about 9:15am and we set the appointment for 1:30pm that afternoon.

+ -1 moreCalled and set up service. John Winsauer set up the network and explained how to use everything. Everthing worked great and I have had no problems with using it. He was very professional and explained things in a way I could understand.
