Hi, We have been a customer of Heritage Termite & Pest Control for several years and have been very happy with their customer service and their ability to keep our pests away. We are annual contract customers whose home is serviced quarterly. Our home was serviced on 8/31/18. On Nov 26 I called to inform about ants in the kitchen, living room, and both bathrooms. I was told the scheduler was not in the office and someone would contact me. No one called me back that day. I called again the next day and was told something similar. Finally on the 28th someone called me and scheduled the visit the following day. The technician came out and sprayed inside and outside the house as well as put down some bait in the kitchen. We started seeing ants again about a week later. We gave the treatment time to work but saw an increase in ants. I called again on Dec 11 and was called back on Dec 12, a technician came out on the 14th. I told them someone had come out around 3 weeks prior but we hadn't seen a change in the ants. We waited another 2 weeks and we still have ants in all the same places that have been treated twice since Nov 29. I called yesterday, Dec 27 to inform about the ants and was told someone would call me back. No one called me back yesterday or today. The customer service has gone downhill and the ability to control our pests are ineffective since being taken over by Gregory.

From the salesman to the work crew the group was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Went very well. They came out about 30 minutes after my call, when some of their competitors told me it would take a few days to make it out. They plugged the hole with foam to stop the spread, and returned the next day to apply appropriate measures around the house to kill and repel for the future.

They are okay; that’s all I can say. We have been using them for about six years. They keep track of when they are supposed to come and they come every three months. It doesn’t take very long and I have sometimes wondered if it’s worth it for what they do. We have had their service and we are considering whether we will retain it. It’s not that they’re doing a bad job; I’m not sure exactly what they’re doing. The guy sprays around the outside for thirty minutes and for the amount of time he comes, every three months, is what he is doing worth $90? I have no idea what the competition charges. I’ll give them an A for responsiveness; they keep assuring me that if I have any problems to give them a call and they’ll come back. I may use them in the future; we haven’t made up our minds. My husband may be able to do it as well as anyone else and we won’t have to spend $90 a quarter.

They come out three times a year, unless I call them. They're really good. They're very good about coming in between, if you do have any problems, and taking care of them. If I see more spiders, they'll come out and check. They'll give me some sticky pads to put in different areas. It's really good. They'll come and get the spiderwebs done that are outside the house. The crew is very friendly. The person that comes out to my house is very professional about what he does.

They guarantee the termite for one year. They are punctual and friendly. My husband works in the building industry and this is who they recommend to all of their home owners so they've had a good experience with them many times. We haven't compared their prices.

We have had no problems with any bugs, since we have been using Heritage Termite & Pest Control. They always show up on time and on the day that we have scheduled. Heritage Termite & Pest Control sprays both inside and out to control the pests. We are very happy with how the work with our schedules and plan on using them for many years to come.
