Green Home was such a professional and seamless process for us . We have had many contractors before and I can’t rave enough about them . From start to finish the communication and work ethic was outstanding . The roof is finished and we could not be more please . I will forsure use them this summer for my deck. Reviewed a few companies before choosing Green Home installations. They were quick to come out for an initial estimate - pricing was fair - and showed up on time for their appointment to install the fence in one day. Thoroughly cleaned up after the install and delivered a great product. I am extremely happy with my fence, the work provided by their install team and their front office staff. Highly recommend them for your fencing needs.

Beyond happy with how Green Home handled everything. We were referred to them by a friend they recently did a job for, and I'm so glad we hired them as well. Bonus points for how quickly their team was able get the project completed (a few days earlier than initially estimated) and everyone we worked with actually made the process enjoyable!

It went super well the crew was so nice and super respectful. They got the job done quick and there were no delays what so ever. I couldn’t have asked for a better work crew to work on my house, and I will definitely be looking into making business with them again in the future. They kept their daily follow ups to date and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Keep up the great job!

After multiple calls they failed to even get a quote to me over several weeks. I'll have to wait till spring to make the repair now.

They showed up the next day and wrote up a contract and wanted a 50% deposit. I was a fool to agree. After several weeks I kept calling to find out when the work would start. I kept being told they would be there in the morning. Well after several attempts some one showed up to do the painting. He did a lousy job. He tried to put three coats of paint on a door in a six hour time frame. Every fool knows it takes longer for paint to dry and all he managed to do is create streaks in the paint. The construction of the steps never happened. I feel that I was a victim of senior fraud.

Green Home went above and beyond what we initially expected from getting someone to build this deck for us. They were able to work with our budget and deliver what we were looking for. My husband and I are so excited to have a new, nice outdoor space where we can spend time with family and friends. Thanks green home team!

We got to spend about a month with these guys as they removed 2 decks and a brick walk and built us a new front walk and patio and back deck. It ended up being a longer time than anticipated as we added things for them to do when we saw the quality of the work as it was in progress. One of the perks of retirement was being able to sit and watch the whole tearing down / building up process. The attention to detail was outstanding from the job site manager to the fellows prepping the site and picking up the debris. All were courteous and always asked if there was anything else the could do for us. They went above and beyond (even over state lines) to get the materials needed to make our project ideas become real. Unforeseen changes that had to be made to accommodate our unique site were taken in stride, with a smile even. At times they provided us with unintended entertainment like watching the supervisory crew figure out how to unload the sand remaining on the trailer from the ton bag of sand - then pulling it off with sheer man-power, themselves. This was a great example of the teamwork that was apparent throughout the job. There were times when communication got a bit muddled by they always got things straightened out. Our family bought an older home in Farragut 7 years ago and have been constantly renovating the home and property since. We’ve worked with a number of local companies for various renovations and repairs during that time. We also renovated our previous home in Knoxville. So we’ve worked with a LOT of local home improvement/repair companies. We have high standards, and have some very good experiences with local companies, as well as some that were not so good. In September 2020, Green Home Installations replaced our 135 foot long 8 foot tall privacy fence, and another 75 feet of six foot high fence with two gates. Our existing fence had been built more than 20 years earlier and was collapsing. After over 20 years in Knoxville, this major project with Green Home Renovations was without a doubt our best experience in working with a local company. I would recommend them to anyone, and here is why. We contacted Angie’s List for quotes on the fence. Three companies responded. One was a well-known local fence company, once was a smaller business, and the third was Green Home Renovations. We had some specific requests for this fence, and each company responded with a visit and a follow up quote. All three companies made a reasonably compelling case but Green stood out because they offered two things the others didn’t: 1) a MUCH longer warranty, and 2) a clear description and demonstration of the higher quality materials they recommended and why. Also, to be fair, the cost of the work they recommended was higher than the other two. After 25 years of home ownership, we’ve learned that for long-term projects with demanding environments (like a fence) you never regret choosing higher quality. So we chose Green. Anthony was assigned to lead the project and his communication and reliability as project lead were outstanding. We knew exactly what day they planned to start the project and in the days afterward Anthony made certain we knew what days and when they would be there. There were some rainy days in the middle of the project and they worked in the rain when it was safe. Some days they asked permission to work late and worked until dark to get the job done sooner. The team that worked with Anthony was respectful, good natured, professional, hard-working, and regularly asked questions to clarify what we wanted. Robert, the owner, was also fantastic to work with. He met with us before the project began to resolve some specific final details and came by daily to check on progress. There were discussions about what certain elements of the quote meant, and he worked through every detail with us, and found a good answer or solution to all of the issues of concern or clarification. He proved to be very straightforward, reasonable, extremely committed to customer service and satisfaction with the project plan and outcome. He also proved to be an outstanding person, with a remarkable commitment to the integrity of the business. The outcome was an absolutely beautiful, high quality, custom fence that all our neighbors are excited about. Green Home went the extra mile with quality of materials and finished it beautifully with very sturdy gates, high quality hinges, magna-locks and beautiful post caps. I should mention that I never met anyone from Green prior to the Angie’s List request, so this is not a family and friends review. But I repeat, Green Home Installations was the most impressive home renovation company we’ve worked with in our 20 plus years of living in Knoxville. We enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

It went really well. We recently purchased an older home as a 'fixer upper' project and needed to have it re-roofed. Green home also ended up replacing all of the gutters. Everyone we worked with was so professional and we are very pleased with the final project. Definitely will consider using them again moving forward!

Great experience. Called, and they had an estimator in area who was at my home within 30 minutes. Provided me the estimate for the specific repair I called about plus repair of another portion of fence damaged when a tree fell last year AND cleaned gutters and installed a gutter guard. The estimate was made on Thursday, and I was told they would be able to perform the work on Saturday. Friday I received a text that they finished a job early and would have the work done by the time I got home from work. They were professional, fast, friendly and followed through on their promise. I'm thrilled with the work and would quickly and highly recommend them to anyone.

The people at this company were great from start to finish. They answered all of our questions about the process during our initial call and what we should expect. The best part is they were able to get someone out to our house the next day...On the day of the inspection, they arrived right on time and performed the inspection professionally and thoroughly. After finding & removing the mold, they even gave us a few pointers on things to watch out for and suggested some general best practices to prevent mold growth in the future. Thank you, Green Home!! Could not be more grateful for the Green Home team. We recently had an issue with a pipe in our house that caused some pretty bad water damage a few months ago. After getting that cleaned up, we thought all was fine until we started noticing an odd smell. Their team came out quickly and found the mold that had started to form as a result of leftover water damage. They were able to remove it, test it, and make sure everything was completely dried up. Super quick response time, reasonable prices, and they were just all around awesome to work with!

My husband and I decided to select Green Home to gut and renovate our kitchen. Having gone through the renovation of other areas of my home, we know what a process that can be. Having no kitchen is very inconvenient - I love to cook, and for me, the kitchen is truly the heart of the home. Green Home made the whole process less stressful and even finished earlier than anticipated. Everything they did was handled professionally which put me at ease. The whole team was excellent. Really well. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt Green Home Installations earned this one. They helped take the ideas we had for our kitchen and turned it into something even better than we envisioned. We now have the kitchen of our dreams, and I could not be more grateful. Everyone involved from start to finish made the process so smooth, and are in LOVE with the results. 5 stars all around.

My husband and I had a very good experience with Green Home installations. They did a fantastic master bathroom remodeling for us, and they exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The quality of their work was excellent & their customer service was just as great as their work. They were good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. I absolutely love my new bathroom. The design looks very modern and upscale. The Green Home team was professional and did fabulous work, keeping me informed and answering questions throughout the process. They had the room demo'd in one day, and the tile in the next. I now have a guest bathroom that I am proud of. I will be working with this team again when I remodel my master bath. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
