GODDARD SIDING & SOFFIT

Description of Work: My brother an I have a rental in Cobbly Nob that needed gutters. Brian had contacted several companies, and hired Goddard because they were the only ones to show up and do an estimate. Their work habits were irregular from the start, and 10 months later, the gutters had begun to separate from the house. Goddard was called...and called...and called to no avail. Finally, when Brian threatened legal action, they promised absolutely to be at the house to fix the problems on Monday, as in Monday a week ago. Once again, they did not show up. This saga has been going on for well over a year and no end in sight. It is amazing to me that this company is still in business with such a slipshod work ethic and absolutely no concern for their customers or their own reputation. I have given them an "F" grade all the way down, and I wish it could be lower. Throw these bums in the Penalty Box and lose the key!

Description of Work: They took off all of the guttering. They were supposed to come back and put on the gutters on a Saturday before a huge storm. They did not end up showing up. I had to use someone else due to this. The guy I spoke with did not even acknowledge we had agreed on Saturday.
