Gutters look great except ends lack fine detail of smooth finish.

Our gutters were leaking and the downspouts were pouring into the foundation. The company sent an estimator out who wasn't technically competent. He didn't submit the paperwork for a week, which caused delays in setting up the appointment. When the workers came out to do the work, it was actually raining. After they finished and before they left, my partner went to check their work. Two of the three downspouts were still pouring out around the connectors. They didn't seem to want or know how to fix this. My partner actually offered them the solutions, which they implemented! When they were finished (she had already paid them) they just left - she was on the phone and didn't even realize they were gone. Next rain and we still had the same problems. I got the owner to come out. He sent different workers out. They redid all the downspouts and again left without a walk through. They are still pouring our around the connectors when it rains!

They were quick to respond when we called and even quicker to get started. They did a fine job and it is nice not to have to worry about our gutters clogging up anymore. I would gladly recommend their fine product and services.

Basically, this company does a very good job. I have no complaints about the company and I am very pleased with the service. The workers are always friendly; the work is always done in a great amount of time and done with a lot of quality.
