I had more than one estimate and they were the best price. We made an appointment and they showed up as scheduled. The service was a one day job. The only issue I had was there was a piece of flashing they didn't have with them, they said they would come back in a few days to install it. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks so I called them and someone came out the same day and did the flashing at no additional charge. Overall they did a great job.

Workmen were friendly, efficient, and competent. Took awhile to get a W.C. certificate of insurance, but did. Workmen attentive to special project circumstance.

Their service was satisfactory. I had no problems with them. But the last time, they just did not show up. Their price was reasonable. They did a good job. They just did not respond when I tried to schedule an appointment with them the last time.

Mr Goddard come out in July of 2011 and provided an estimate for replacing the gutters and downspouts. After that we could not get a hold of anyone at the office at the listed phone numbers ON THIS SITE! Left well over 30 messages at these numbers, Mr Goddards personal phone and emails. Not one call/email returned. Then in December of 2011 I received a "contract" out of the blue with no amount on the contract. Yea right! Mr Goddard is old and more than ready to retire. No one is running the business. I expect they will not be in business much longer based on my experiences with them. My neighbor actually had them replace the gutters on his house when he hired another contractor to replace his roof. Goddard had to come out 3 times to fix the mess they made so I am glad I found another gutter company to do the work.

They were punctual, did what I asked, cleaned-up after themselves, and worked very quickly.
