Great, fast, professional service at their shop (which is behind Fellers, not actually on Outlet Dr). When I called, they advised I avoid coming to shop 11AM-1PM due to high lunch-hour drop-ins, so I went about 2:30. The tech took a look at my rock-ding, explained their process and said it'd be 20-30 minutes. Van was ready in less than 20 minutes. A bonus, they gave me a discount because my auto insurance company does business with them, even thought I paid for the repair. They could have performed this service at a remote location for about $20 more with an appointment, as they can with windshield replacements. Great deal in west Knoxville!

Was on time and removed broken rear window. Sean cleaned up and in no time was done.

I liked everything. The person who was at the desk was extremely nice. It turned out good.

.Someone broke the window and since ti was tempered glass there was glass in the back of the truck. Sean cleaned it all up with a vacuum and installed the new window.. Work was done fast and professionally.

Called to have my cracked windshield replaced and got an immediate quote over the phone. While their price was not the cheapest they do use OEM suppliers. The work was carried out by their mobile crew within 24 hours and was very efficient.

A rock hit my windshield and started a small crack, which grew over the course of a few months. I finally decided to get it replaced. The company was recommended by AngiesList.com members, so I got an estimate. My wife checked around and found that their price was lower than that of other companies. The company called the morning of the appointment and set a time that they could be there to replace the windshield. The technician arrived promptly and got the job done just as promised. He came right to my house and replaced the windshield on my carport. Following his instructions after the install, my vehicle was ready to drive by lunchtime! It's been raining almost continuously since the glass was replaced. I've had no problems so far. Oh, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in my car was touched. The technician left everything just as it was. Even the oil change sticker was left in the car so I could re-apply it to the new windshield. Very professional.

After the big hail storm in April, I finally got approval from my insurance company to go ahead and have the busted windshield replaced on my CRV. They gave me 3 recommended places to try. The first one wanted me to drop off the vehicle and leave it for the day, first available appointment was 8 days later. It would be even longer if I wanted someone to come to my house and do it. The second one said that their first available appointment was almost a month later so I didn't even price it. This was the third place that I tried. I called on a Friday, and they said that they could come to my home and replace the windshield on the following Monday or Tuesday. The price was $6 more than the first place that I had called, but it was much quicker AND they could come to my home instead of me having to leave my car somewhere all day. The guy called Monday morning and came out. I'm not a very trusting person and don't like anyone having access to my vehicle so I did spy on him through the blinds. He did a good job though, and I have nothing to complain about. It's been a month, and I still have no complaints. I am a little confused by the business name because I think that it is supposed to be Auto Glass Service. They appear to have locations on Outlet Drive and Parkside, and 671 4000 is the phone number for them so I guess Glass America is maybe just another name for the same company.

Appointment was scheduled about a week from initial call, but we then (our choice) had to defer a week due to snow. We were told that they could do the job from their mobile unit, but that, given the type of car, they preferred to do it in their shop. We left the vehicle the evening before the appointment and they parked it inside. We picked it up the next afternoon (it was actually ready that morning, but our work schedule drove the actual drop off and pickup times). The work seems flawless and there was no evidence of any damage or soiling of the vehicle.
