+ -1 moreThey came out and did the estimate within a day of me calling. The person who came out to do the estimate was very professional and polite. They were able to do the job within a timely manner from the estimate date. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. The price was excellent and I have no complaints. I would be very happy to use this company again in the future as well as refer out to others.
Description of Work: The entire exterior of the house was painted.

+ 0 moreHe came over several sessions. He worked through the time without taking more than normal breaks. He did have to take two sessions to paint the ceilings with a week in between and left his materials in the house during that time, okay, but a little odd. Overall, he was very thorough and took extra time to sand and re-do an area when he didn't like how it turned out.

+ -1 moreAnother phone conversation was needed before I hired them because not everything was listed on the bid. I was impressed with their reliability and work ethic and would definitely recommend Greg.
Description of Work: Greg's phone number has changed and is now (865) 224-0875. His estimate was considerably lower than another I received. Two people pressure-washed the house, which had not been painted in 10 or 15 years, and let the house dry off for a couple of days. Then they replaced some rotten wood siding, scraped areas that required it prior to painting, and applied primer to the house. After this preparation, they used rollers, spray equipment, and brushes, as required in each area. In addition to most of the exterior,they also painted three doors and trim and a porch. (Only the soffits, gutters, and a brick portion of the house did not require painting.) The one-story house is 1600 square feet on the interior, for additional comparison.

+ -1 moreThe results are excellent. First and foremost I am impressed with Greg's responsiveness and punctuality. He was where he was supposed to be when we was supposed to be there and his estimates of when he would get started were right on the money. The job is very neat. The team cleaned up every day and when they finished the job, every chair, plant and rug was in the same place it was in when they started. No trash was left and there is no overspray or drips anywhere. I had a short punchlist of a few areas they missed and Greg took care of them immediately.
Description of Work: Pressure washed and prepared all exterior surfaces (trim, porch railing, gable siding, 3 dormer sidings, two garage doors, two porch ceilings including mouldings, and lattice skirts around front porch). Caulked all areas and painted surfaces. Three colors used.
