Freer did the repair incorrectly. He swore at me over the phone and said he won't come back to fix my unit.

Mr. Freer was the second repairman that I called to evaluate my A/C. Unlike the first repairman, whom I chose not to hire, Mr. Freer did not promise "free" or "discounted" services or materials and then try to sell me more than I needed (it turned out I did NOT need a new furnace blower, and I did NOT need new wiring). He did not ask personal questions or try to "schmooze" me. He did not waste time trying to engage me in lengthy personal talk, did not ask for any money upfront for the actual repair work, and made sure to ask me if I wanted the new unit placed where the old one sat. Unlike the first repairman, Mr. Freer was entirely upfront with me about what he charged for his services, and what I could expect. He charged $75.00 for the service call. He found two leaks, one in the condenser coil (showed me the evidence) and one in the evaporator coil, very quickly. He did not "find" other unrelated issues and try to sell me more repair services, unlike the first repairman. My entire experience with Mr. Freer is best described with two words: Trustworthy and Professional. He made no promises he did not keep. He did not overcharge me. He was on time. He explained what he was doing. He answered my questions. He wrote essential information about my new A/C unit inside the cover of the condenser unit. He registered my new equipment for the warranty. My first electric bill after Mr. Freer replaced my upstairs A/C was $50 less than usual. I would definitely hire Mr. Freer again.

Rick came and looked at the unit the same day that we called him. He took all the measurements and decided what size/type of unit we needed and ordered the unit. He returned the next day to install the unit. He also put in a new programmable digital control unit inside. He was very prompt and did a very good job. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
