FRAZIER CO

Initially had Aaron come out November 13th to measure for two bathrooms and a laundry room and give me an estimate. Told him I’d like some repair work done at the same time. He said he would have to have an installer come out and give an estimated or that part. He said they would come on December 6 after they were through with a job. I never heard anything. So I called. Aaron said maybe tomorrow. Never heard. I called and he said Tuesday. Never heard. I called and asked for a manager and was told I’d be called back-no one call. Called the next day and another salesman said oh we don’t do repair work. So basically I was just strung along for weeks- not much integrity there. So much for all those A ratings!!
