While the tree trimming was fine, they do not appear to have the equipment necessary to do the job efficiently or effectively. Rather than using a wood chipper as most professional tree firms do they removed the brush and limbs using two small pickup trucks (one had a bad tire so it could not haul much). They did not have paint to mark the edge of the beds so they they could be edged, I had to provide a spare can of paint so that this could be completed. They also borrowed duct tape from me to "repair" their tools. There was a tremendous amount of downtime as the crew waited for the additional members to return from hauling the brush. I had to scramble to purchase top soil, peat moss, manure to prepare the beds prior to being mulched. They have left a pile of wood in front of my house and while they have promised to haul it away it is 4 days later and it is still in front on my mailbox. The owner is unresponsive to my request to complete the job and his voice mail box is full. To sum it up, while some of the work was good -- this company lacks professionalism necessary to retain customers.

eft a messageWhen they hadn't arrived by lunch Saturday I called and left a message for them to come and finish the job and get the truck or we would have it towed! They came and drove the truck (with the brush from the back yard) but never came back to get the front finished. Keith made the mistake of paying these people up front. We will NEVER hire them again.
