Excellent variety of flooring options and good advice. When we decided to go for a higher price flooring than we were expecting to pay, our sales person worked with us to minimize installation charges.

The installers were punctual, courteous and professional. They cleaned up as they went and were very attentive to detail. Two weeks after installation the flooring began to buckle and warp at the seams. I contacted Flooring America and they said they would send a representative out who would take pictures and examine the flooring. They did so. The man who came was very disinterested, took pictures and jotted notes and said "We will get back to you". They called a few days later and said "That is not a manufacturers defect". He said they were not responsible. Two weeks post installation this should NOT have happened. I have not been able to afford to have the flooring repaired, if that is even possible nor can I afford to reinstall the flooring as I had it installed in every room in my home. I will never, nor should you, seek the services of this business because 'service' is not even what they provide! There is just no way that a floor that is two weeks old should do this unless it is an installation and/or manufacturers issue. They also did not offer any compensation such as offering to reinstall the warped boards or to offer a discount to reinstall the defective boards and I had already purchased a spare box of planks so that if needed I would have them from the same die lot. I would have posted a comment sooner but I was not aware of Angie's List nor that reviews could be posted here.

carpet and flooring estimate the contractors were very professional and nice but the prices are too high.

Overall, very satisfied with the products purchased. Installation crew was on time and worked through to complete the job in a timely fashion.

I worked with Steve, who is usually at the other store but came to the Parkside Drive location, which is more convenient for me. I was looking for a bargain and he provided it -- a quality product at a good price, and now that it's installed I like it even more than I thought I would. He was obviously very busy and dealing with a death in his family, but even so he was always polite, attentive, and eager to provide quality service. I also reviewed Precision Cut Flooring Installation, which he contracted for the labor, and they did a great job.

From start to finish they were professional and extremely customer focused.

From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with work being done on my house. I would highly recomend Flooring America and their employees to anyone looking for flooring work. I give them an A+, and I will use them again in the future.

HORRIBLE!!!! THE FLOOR HAS LUMPS,BUMPS,DIPS AND A LUMP STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR EEVEN THOUGH WE PURCHASED THEIR LUON WHICH WAS and quot;SUPPOSEDand quot; TO CORRECT THIS!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!! MANAGER WILL NOT EVEN RETURN MY TELEPHONE CALLS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLOORING COMPANY,THEIR INSTALLERS (WHO LIKE TO COME SCANTILY CLAD WITH NO UNDERGARMENTS ON, SHE LIKES TO LET EVERYTHING SWING IN THE BREEZE) MANAGER WILL NOT EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALLS!!!!! I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES SINCE THE INSTALLATION.

We had all ready had our house painted and needed new carpet and flooring quickly in order to sell our house. In a little over a weeks time we picked out in stock flooring and had it installed! The friendliness of the staff all around was great! We couldn't have found better carpet anywhere! I highly recommend them!!!

They were neat, respectful and clean. They were in and out virtually in no time. Although they were rather quick at completing the job they were very careful at handling the carpet. They did a great job.
