Jerry contacted me promptly after I put in a service request on HomeAdvisor. My dog did some damage to our entryway carpet and I needed a replacement. He immediately gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment. He showed up as scheduled. ( I had 2 other no call no shows in the past week). The work was complete within the hour and it looks great. I received a magnet and a business card, along with a guarantee on his work. He provided me with a receipt as well. Overall I highly recommend Jerry.
