After replacing the battery for our alarm system it died again 2 days later. I called the monitoring company and was told it was to outdated to repair. I decided to call a couple of companies from Angies List to see what new systems would cost. After getting the information, I called the retention department of my old company to see what they would do to "keep" me. After not being satisfied with their offer, I called First Response of TN to set up installation. Todd Cody took all of my info and set a date to install. The installer showed up as scheduled and on time, and completed the work in less than a day. Overall everything from the estimate to the install was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. I would definitely use this company again.

I did check out other services that were less expensive, but I'm very happy with my choice.

Overall we were very pleased with our service from First Response. They arrived on time, hooked up our alarm system according to our needs, and, unlike other companies, they offer service on a no-contract basis (monthly fee). The downside is that you pay up-front for installation, but there are no hidden fees. Most other companies build this into their fee and will not let you out of a 3-year contract-you simply have to pay it out even if you sell your home.

Brinks Home Security makes our family feel very safe. We got a home alarm system after a break-in a couple of years ago and since we have been using Brinks, we have not had even an attempt to break-in. We are very grateful for the service Brinks provides us.

Brinks does a great job of monitoring our home alarm. We have used them for about four years and we have never had a break-in or any false alarms. They do not include in home maintenance calls in the monthly fee, it is additional.

They had a great customer service although we haven't needed them for an emergency, knock on wood. They installed our system for free as part of the deal, which I thought was a bargain. They were good about getting us set up and explaining everything to us and I am glad we have got them.
