I would refer them to other people. I had to call them and tell them to ring my doorbell before they spray, because my pets are on the porch. I don't want them to spray until I can get my pets off the porch. They have been very respectful since I spoke to them about it. They get the job done. The overall experience is excellent. I called one day about wasps, and they came right out. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again.

Farragut Pest Control and Jack came to us at the recommendation of a friend. We found Jack to be more than fair on the price and he did exactly what he said he would for the price he quoted. He arrived on time and spent nearly a day at our home doing this job. He turned out to be a very personable and engaging. This work was done about 5 years ago and we have retained him ever since to conduct quarterly surveillance and to maintain termite bait. On these quarterly visits he checks the bait on the outside of our home while we are at work and leaves us our small bill on the door. We can tell he has checked the bait because the area around them has been disturbed. We have been so pleased.
