 + -1 moreFrom starting to finish they were amazing. 4 months of no heat or air during the summer due to warrenty company negligence. Finally got hooked up with fannon and A++ service. Less then a week from diagnosis to a new unit. Went above and beyond woth customer service. I will be using them for any and all future needs. Could not speek highly enuff about them!!!!!

 + -1 moreChris Fannon arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and went to bat for me with Choice Home Warranty Company. He even made a second trip to take photos to send Choice. Once I finally got a partial ok to replace my AC unit, Fannon and Sons came promptly to install the unit and explain the installation. I highly recommend Fannon and Sons.
