 + -1 moreI submitted an inquiry to Express Blinds website, and Darla contacted me right away to discuss my project and schedule a home visit. As it turned out, later that same day I ran across a solution for my French Door window treatment issue. I called her back to cancel the appointment and we talked for a good long while. I learned that she was going to suggest the exact same solution, but she wanted to see my French Doors first. She offered very helpful information, including a website address, size, model number and other pertinent information - and this was to place an order with another vendor. This solution would saved us hundreds of dollars. I am excited to have met Darla, and I will definitely contact her when my next window treatment project arises. She is a true professional and a quality individual - one of the nicest people I've encountered in a while, and I look forward to working with her in the future. I highly recommend her services. She definitely puts her customer's needs first, and is all about service.
