Express Blinds of Knoxville

I walked into the design studio yesterday with a quote from a different company. I allowed them to look over the quote and measurements to see if they could match it or see if they could earn my business. They were very polite and professional in the store however, I received a call back in the late afternoon and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They stated that I should just go with the other company and that they pride themselves on quality and I wouldn’t be a good fit for their business. They stated they are typically a nice fit for most people but they are not always a good fit for others. I felt very insulted. I had also set up an appointment to meet with their sale consultant next week and was told they were going to cancel that appointment. It seemed very rude how they assumed I would not be a good fit and how they didn’t even try to meet and discuss options. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Simply great

I submitted an inquiry to Express Blinds website, and Darla contacted me right away to discuss my project and schedule a home visit. As it turned out, later that same day I ran across a solution for my French Door window treatment issue. I called her back to cancel the appointment and we talked for a good long while. I learned that she was going to suggest the exact same solution, but she wanted to see my French Doors first. She offered very helpful information, including a website address, size, model number and other pertinent information - and this was to place an order with another vendor. This solution would saved us hundreds of dollars. I am excited to have met Darla, and I will definitely contact her when my next window treatment project arises. She is a true professional and a quality individual - one of the nicest people I've encountered in a while, and I look forward to working with her in the future. I highly recommend her services. She definitely puts her customer's needs first, and is all about service.

Darla was SO easy to work with! She was punctual, pleasant, professional, and she was eager to find us the best quality at an excellent price.
