I love the tile style it was the price that I didn't like. it just didn't go good for us. They sold us more than we needed for the job and will not refund us. They took the tile back and said they might be able to resell it but so far they have not contacted us. The mistake was not us they figured out what we needed. There was also Art Tile that Exact Tile did give us enough for and that required us to have our tile man come back a month later to finish the job when the tile came in. They did not take our situation to serious even though I feel we paid Top dollar for their tile. I would not recommend that store. Exact Tile should stand behind their own math mistakes. Go to The Tile Shop on Kingston Pike.

I have used Exact Tile on two occasions during the construction of our home: installing travertine tile on the foyer floor and a different travertine as the backsplash in the kitchen. Both have somewhat complex patterns. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are not the least expensive around town but you DO get what you pay for. And they are extremely helpful and most especially professional. Kudos to Dan - my installer both times! Am considering tile in the laundry room and will most definitely go back to Exact Tile.

The work went well. There was a delay in receiving materials, then a reschedule due to an installer issue. Exact Tiling explained all delays, and broke down the costs for labor and materials. Sierra worked with us on the design and was very helpful in steering us towards the kinds of materials we wanted. John, the installer, did a very professional job. We are extremely pleased with the final result, and would use Exact Tiling again if we have another project.

Their showroom has a wealth and variety of options. Selection is enormous and ranges from your varietal classic designs to modern-contemporary elements. Everyone we met and dealt with in their office was super friendly and extremely helpful to my wife and I. Since this was our first home remodeling project the sincerity and interaction we had with Alisha was a huge incentive for us doing business with Exact Tiling. There were two separate crews assigned to complete our multiple projects. The better of the two teams was a gentleman named John who was tasked with redoing our fireplace and in a word did an AWESOME job. His promptness, attitude, and work ethic alone made us want to use Exact Tile again. His attention to detail and catering to our wishes for changes and additions was very much appreciated. Although their prices are higher than some of their competition the quality and kindness is worth the extra cash in my opinion. Some ideas for improvement would be to have a supervisor do a final walkthrough and warm handoff after the project is finished and the billing process. Although the bills were sent electronic PDF I found myself scratching my head to keep track of the multitude of estimates, change orders, and invoices. After requesting some clarification I was provided with a precise breakdown of all expenditures and balances. We will gladly choose them for our next project and bathroom remodel coming up in the summer.

The job went well and the tile looks great. It's a combination with ceramic and glass. The installation work is very good - in the end. Initially there was a small region we were not satisfied with, but they came back and made it right. Maybe we could have done better on the design in one area where we chose all glass tiling. It was our call - didn't turn out exactly as we thought. Still lovely.

The work was performed as contracted for and the tile installation is perfect.

The quality was very good, but they were very expensive.
