Description of Work: They conducted an appraisal of our house for a mortgage refinance. They were hired by the bank. Fred was very professional and courteous in setting up the appraisal and conducting it. He and his partner arrived promptly. I felt they were very thorough in going over the house and asking questions. The appraised value was a fair value for the market.
