This trailer had been sitting for sale for a long time, it was smelly! We needed some one out right away. I called on a Thursday and they scheduled me a time the next day! The receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful. The technician was on time and polite. Explained the cause of the smell. He was through, quick and now the smell is gone! Wasted no time and left no mess behind! Thank you Drycon!

Rocky has been cleaning our carpet for over 10 years now. He is so wonderful and they have given me a very good price. The carpet is not wet when they are done. They are very professional, quick, and accommodating. Rocky will make sure that he takes care of everything and I can trust him.

They did a very excellent job. Carpet looked great. Stubborn stains came out. Finished look was great. It did leave my couch damp but it was dry by the next day. He was very professional and he got the job done without undue delay. This is the best job of carpet cleaning that I've ever had. I would not use anyone else if they keep doing this good.

Arrived promptly from phone call. Polite; Punctual; Professional; worked promptly. He worked very hard at edges and some bad spots. These carpets were old and stained. So, considering, I think he did everything he could to clean them well. The carpets look 95% better. I would use them again. I definitely liked there wasn't as much water/moisture left over in this process.

I have had the same person clean my carpet. He has always been on time for the appointment, clean, and well dressed. He works very efficiently, no standing or sitting around. I felt comfortable being at home alone with him for the duration of the appointment.

We have rental property. They clean it and it dries well and it looks new and you don’t have to wait all day to get on it. We also use them in our home. The cost is so reasonable I don’t remember. We’ve used them for years! Every time it’s been excellent. I would give them a A+ if I could.

I would give them an A+ in responsiveness if I could. I will be calling them soon to come back out. I love them. I use them all the time.

They did okay. All they did was get the surface dirt. It wasn’t deep cleaning. There was no spot cleaning. It wasn’t what I expected. He seemed like he was in a hurry.

I have used Dry Con several times, and it is my preferred way because it doesn't require a truck engine and has little drying time. The rooms always look great. The price depends on how many rooms, so it's been 100-150$. I strongly recommend Dry Con.
