+ -1 moreI waited until 1pm the day Mr. Strozier was to come and I had not heard from him. I needed to leave my home for an errand and did not want to miss him. I called him to see if he was on his way saying I would wait on him or be back in time to meet him whatever time that was going to be. He said was not coming and that he" had some people to call", I assume he meant me. He went on to say, "I never said he would for sure come anyway." He said nothing else after that. He never apologized or offered to come at another time or day and the conversation ended. I felt he was most unprofessional and did not want the work. Iseemed like I was a bother to him.
Description of Work: I called Mr. Strozier for to set up a time for him to look at my yard for some possible landscaping. With my work schedule, the only time I was free was after 5pm or Saturdays neither of which he would do. I asked if he would be working Good Friday since I was home that day to meet him. He said yes, he could come then. We left the time open to work around other jobs he was doing that day. He said he would call when he was on his way. I said that was fine, I would be home and if I left I'd call him first.
