 + -1 moreThe rest of the companies e-mail letter is safe for all to read if they wish. To put it bluntly, I will remain letting people know about this company in any way possible, so that they too will not be scammed.
Description of Work: The following sentences are from the owner of this company, I have the whole email saved to several different computers.'quote' " I can not imagine anyone wanting to deal with such a company. So, in a twisted way, I know this may be hard for your little heads to wrap around, but as you continue doing this, instead of helping us to the tune of hundreds of dollars, you ll be eventually benefitting us to the tune of thousands of dollars ALL in your distorted attempt to hurt us. " It IS, really, quite funny, and ironic. But I know, you probably don t think so But still, I just did want to really say thanks, personally

 + -1 moreThe computer was running slow, so they came to the house and did some work. It turned out the problem was not fixed, so I brought the computer in to them. They kept it for two days and said it was working. I brought it home and was still having the same problem, so I took it to them again. They honored their agreement to fix it, so finally what he did was clean out and erase everything, which for my sake he didn't want to have to do, but it was the only solution. I was very pleased with their persistence, professionalism, and their reasonableness. I would use them again and recommend them.
Description of Work: They cleaned out and erased everything on my computer to fix it from rebooting itself.

 + -1 moreThe tech had my computer fixed in a couple of days, which I thought was pretty fast. He did a good job, and fixed my computer. He was friendly, polite, and sure knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: My Compaq computer was infected with spy ware, so I took it to the shop, and the computer tech erased everything off of the hard-drive and reinstalled the programs.
