Deep Roots Home Improvement

I met with Chris and thought we had an idea about the steps, but the first proposal was off as I don't think he really understood the project (several emails back & forth); after a 2nd meeting and new measurements taken, I and my uncle expected to get a 2nd proposal by June 3, however, we never heard back from Deep Roots. I hired another firm to build ADA steps which will be done before the end of the month (the deposit was paid on 6/9).

Deep Roots was the first to reply, first to show up and much cheaper than anyone else I received quotes from. But the quality of work was easily the best deck I've had built vs any of my previous residences! A million thanks to Chris, Melissa and their crew!

The deck install was finished in just 4 days and completed exactly as we wanted it done. The construction crew was very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure working with Chris and Melissa.

Deep Roots did a fabulous job from the moment I requested a quote. I have worked with many contractors in the last year, and Deep Roots out performed every one of them - large and small! Chris and Melissa have years of experience in the industry and it shows. They are there exactly when they say they will be and let you know up front if there is a delay. They stayed on top of the project, overseeing the installer’s work and holding them to a high standard of quality. Their customer service, project management, and quality of work can’t be beat.

I highly recommend them they did they an incredible job, they came and completed the job to fix it all, they were amazing and they did a great job.
