Dayton's Pest Control

Excellent. Dayton's rep (sorry, we have forgotten his name) was on time and very knowledgeable. We had noted upon making the appointment that we had a termite contract, with Dayton, we had let lapse. He noted our previous treatment should still be working, that there was no indication of the presence of termites or new damage, discussed our options and answered any questions we had. Thank you!

I guess I'm not alone when I say that discovering termites at my home gave me a very sick feeling. However, when the Dayton's Pest Control inspector came to do the inspection, he was so knowledgeable and understanding that it actually gave me a great deal of comfort and I so appreciated that. The Dayton's team that came to do the termite treatment was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job because no more termites have been spotted. I saw some local advertising, and I called them, and since no one else got back to me I chose them. I don’t think that they are the best ever, but I certainly don’t have a bug problem, and the quality is excellent, they are really good when they come out. I haven’t had to call them back, when they first started, they came back and re-applied some chemicals without any extra charge, eventually over time we haven’t had any problems, and their service is quite good. They are good about calling the day before they show up, but I have had to wait for them a couple of times, but their professionalism is good.

Everyone from the receptionist to the agent were very polite. Agent was timely with the appointment and conducted a 40 minute complimentary visual inspection. Agent discussed options but did not push services hard as there were no identified issues. I respect the fact that they weren't pushy and will probably use them when I do need treatment.

We have used them for years. They are less expensive than other companies. They are reliable. We have never had any insect infestations of any kind, so they are doing their job.

I highly recommend them. We've been using them for 5 or 6 years now. We use them on a regular basis. I give them the highest rating you can give someone. They are just excellent. They're not the cheapest but for the service you get it is a fair price.

They do a good job. They charge me lower than what I would like to spend. I would use them again in the future.

They come out quarterly to provide service. They come and check the bait they put in the ground to ensure no further treatment is required. I'm very satisfied. They do their job. Occasionally they will get behind but they always catch up. I will continue using them in the future.

Company always calls ahead to notify us of service. Employee announces himeself when he arrives. Job is completed and bill left at front door.

I have been pleased. If I have any issues with ants, they do continue to return and get it taken care of.

They're a good local company that has a lot of community involvement. They are courteous when they come to our home.

I was remodeling this home at the time as it had been vacant for almost seven year. When I pulled down some crown moulding, a lot of dead bugs fell from the ceiling. I had a couple of other pest control companies come assess the problem and give me a quote. Both of the other companies told me I had termites and was going to charge me anywhere from $400-700. When Dayton's came, they told me I didn't have a termite problem, but I had an obvious carpenter bee, wasp and ant problem. They originally quoted me $200, but the guy that came out to do the actual job dropped it to down $100 because he said he didn't feel right about charging that much for such a small home (around 500 sq. ft.) I was able to finish the remodel and moved in the home in September 2011 and have had no problems. Now that the warm weather has come back, so have the bees and I plan on using Dayton's again.

They were super quick to come and they took care of it. They are reliable .They show up if there is an emergency. The one representative that usually comes out to see us was super polite and very nice to be around so that helped. They deliver what we expect of a pest control company.

I was satisfied with their services, and I would use them again in the future.
