Excellent. Shaun even went beyond and notified us of a water leak in our crawlspace. We have been using Dayton's for 25 years with excellent service ranging from monthly pest control to mosquito control in our yard space.

I have used Dayton's for over five years and have always been pleased with their service. They call in advance and are always on time. They do insect spraying and rodent control. The rodent control was added a few years ago and is very important as my property backs to a large field where horses are grazed and the owners put out large bales of hay for the horses to eat and in which rats and mice like to nest. Since starting the rodent control, we have not been troubled with mice or rats. I'm ever so grateful for this service. Sam is very courteous and professional and always asks if I have any particular problems or concerns. I feel confident in knowing that I am getting exceptional service and that I can call any time if I have any problems.

Brad was prompt, pleasant, extremely thorough, and didn't leave a mess behind. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The technician, Will, showed up for the initial service. He was right on time. We were having issues with a few roaches & I was told when I called to set up the appointment (very nice receptionist) that roaches require a monthly service. After explaining to Will what we'd been seeing, instead of just having us do the monthly service (which was more expensive of course), Will explained that with the type of roaches we'd been seeing, monthly service wasn't necessary. I appreciated his honestly. Although we've only used them once so far, I was very happy with the initial appointment & we are going to use their quarterly service. Will was very informative, professional, and quick.

He was very prompt, and he called me prior to the appointment to tell me exactly what time he would be here. He was on time almost to the minute. The technician did a very good job and explained everything to me. The treatment worked, and they do a good job with follow up as well.

I contacted the Provider and they sent out the service guy again to get rid of the problem. What I liked that although my infestation was more than we initially thought they took care of us. They made sure to contact us again and again until the problem was solved. I would use them again and again because I can trust them to resolve my problem.

On time and professional in their work. Efficient and completed in just a few hours. Minor issue was that the work order included removing all cellulose from under the house but they failed to remove some old boxes and wood debris. Did not notice until after they were gone so have to do it myself. Not a big issue so didn't bother to have them come back.

Great service tech. Very professional and conveyed an attitude that he knew what he was doing. Arrived on time completed service and explained service contract. Would highly recommend company.

It's a local company here. He has his degree in entomology. Their service representative has been wonderful. If you have an issue at some point in the quarter, they will come back out and respray with no charge. They've had to do that for me a couple of times.

The main office scheduled the visits, exterminators usually called to remind me of the scheduled treatment, showed up on time or called if they were running late. They were courteous and mindful of the home. They wore booties over their shoes if they came inside to avoid tracking dirt. However, on one occasion when I needed quick service because I uncovered a possible infestation in the wall of my home while renovating my deck. Dayton's couldn't schedule a trip to check it out for over a week. It seems they are comfortable doing the easy scheduled maintenance, but can't respond when an emergency occurs.

When they redid the service they did everything that they said they would do. I appreciate that they made things right and came out again to re-do the service. I had them out to do the service previously and it did not go well. This time around went well and I graded them overall for the second visit.

I have had excellent service with them. They would leave the notice that they’ve been here. Their pricing is within the reason. I would continue to use them.

The work crew showed up on time, were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up completely after the job. We were extremely pleased with the work. We have used them for several years for pest control and they are a well-known family business in our area with a very good reputation. Would highly recommend them.

They spray quarterly and always call first to let me know when they are coming and to see if I am having any problems they need to ensure are taken care of.

we moved into our new home and realized there were a lot of spiders hanging out in our utility closet. I was concerned they were dangerous bc they looked similar to pics of the poisonous brown recluse spider I've seen. I called the company and conveniently they had one of their techs who was on a job in our area stop by in less than 30mins. his name was Kenny and he was super! everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and not at all pushy. the inspection was at no charge and kenny even gave me some pointers in how to keep the critters at bay and left me some sticky traps to monitor activity. luckily our little friends were only common cellar spiders, nothing to worry about. I'll definitely be calling daytons whenever we are in need of pest control!!

Reasonable price, timely, professional. All went as expected!

Very nice technician came, asked a few questions, examined the suspected area and quickly applied the correct chemicals that eliminated the yellow jackets (in an environmentally friendly way). He removed the nest (quite large) and went on his way to his next appointment.

They were on time, and went about the work professionally. The holes were small and filled in. No mess left behind and no termites in sight a year later in August when they came out and did an Annual Inspection.

I contact Dayton each year for this inspection. Each year, they are honest enough to state there are no termites, even though the inspection is at no charge. I have used them to spray for mosquitoes back when other companies were saying it was not possible because, "they fly". I don't remember the cost, but I thought is was well worth the cost because I was never bothered with mosquitoes the years I had them sprayed by Dayton's,

I used to work there so I get my service free. I don't dislike anything. They're great people. Great business. Quality of service is great. I'm going to say great on everything because I like them. I call them at night and he's here the next day, and he's on time.

My experience was excellent. They did what they were suppose to do, if I had a question they got back to me and answered it, I've dealt with the owner and I'm very happy with them.

Needed a termite letter quickly - I called, he came next morning, did the job, took the report to my office by afternoon. Perfect.

I thought their price was reasonable. They had a great communication. They arrived whenever supposed to on time. They were very professional and completed their work quickly and so no complaint. I would use them again for the next ten years.
