The job went fine. There were no problems with the services. The company is local rather than a national franchise. I felt that the pricing was reasonable.

Complete professionalism from start to finish. We got a detailed drawing of exactly would be done from the man who gave the estimate. When I called to schedule the service I was given a prompt appointment and the service was done on the date given. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. Old fashioned customer service--I love it. Although Dayton's was a bit more expensive than some other estimates, I felt it was worth it.

Consistently excellent service. Each quarter the service tech calls to schedule when he will be in our area to make sure it is convenient for us. He performs the service when he promises and reports to us if he identifies any issues so we can be watchful. If we aren't home when he performs the service, he calls back later to discuss it with us. They are also available to come out if needed for any issues but we've never needed to call them between services.

They were prompt, polite and did what they said they would do and got rid of the ladybugs. They come back once a year to retreat our house. They always call to see if we need them to come back. We don't have a contract.

There was one person that came out to do the service. He did show up on time and was a very nice person. He did check the property for other pests both inside and outside. I have had no problems since he sprayed for the wasp and ants. I was pleased with the price and the work that they did.

The first initial visit they will do outside to, but, only schedule three months after that for the inside. If you see something however, they will come back. They are very nice and I never have a problem with them. I feel they are a little pricey and everything, but they get the job done. I know one time I had thought my porch had something going on with termites, but, it wasn't. They came out and looked at it and said not to worry about it.

Dayton himself came out for the free inspection and estimate. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He didn't find any termite activity in the house (whew!), and even told me that spot on the back of an outbuilding was rot, not termites. He created a very detailed drawing showing everything they would do. They came out the next week and had the job done in an afternoon.

We have not seen any bugs or had any outbreaks since we have been using Daytons Pest Control. They show up on the same day and/or the same time every month. The man who comes is very thorough in spraying and also a very friendly person.

Dayton Pest Control are a locally owned company, which I like. They have been doing an excellent job. The centricon had been working at keeping the termites away. They did a thorough inspection and left a report of the results in the mail box. They didn't bother us. We didn't even need to be there.

We had a yearly contract with them, but all they really ever did was come and inspect for termites. They would come out anytime if you called with a problem, but we never needed them. Their service was alright. We were termite bonded with them.

They usually spray only outside for bugs such as spiders, ants etc. We almost never see bugs in between their visits, and can call them to come extra if we want them to. Daytons has been coming for several years now four times a year.

He was cautious and caring, very professional and he was on time. There is a certain day when he comes each month. I don t know what the cost is, because it is included in my condo fee, because I live in a condominium. Everybody in this community uses him, and we all think he does good work

We do not have a problem with ants any more, because of the spray the exterminator used. We are satisfied with the service and the price was very reasonable. We would use this service again, because we like the way they did their job.

Dayton comes four times a year to spray for all kinds of bugs outside. Weve used them for seven years and they always come right on time and do a good job. We never see bugs in between their visits.

I like using Dayton Pest because they do a good job on keeping pests away from my home. I have never seen any bugs and hope I never have to. The man that comes out to spray always calls before he comes and is very polite.
