Dayton's Pest Control

They are good, and the work they did was very good too. It is hard to say how effective their treatment is, but I don’t see any termites, so I guess it is working. The price was fair; I did not compare them to anybody else though. They did an excellent job. They were right on time, explained everything and did a very professional job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They are great. They always call and let me know when they are coming. They are very professional. I would recommend them to anymore.

I liked their procedure - how they did it and the product that they used.

From the person who gave us the estimate, the person in their office, and the installation person, we found all to be very competent, friendly and courteous.

They wanted to overcharge for every little thing. I would call about a pest that I was having and they would tell me that it would cost an additional $150-$200 to deal with that pest. This was in addition to the fee that I was already paying. I also had rats and they told me that they couldn't keep rats from coming into my yard and they wouldn't come out and do anything about it. They didn't ever come out and fix anything. I was dissatisfied with talking to them over the phone and canceled the last appointment. They got back to me fast with the wrong answers. They tried to be professional. I would tell others not to use them.

I have been well satisfied with them.

I had called them out the first time since I was convinced that I had termites. They came out and did a free termite inspection. They crawled under the house and looked all around. They told me that I did not have termites and it was only water damage that I was seeing and not termite damage. All they had to do was tell me that I had termites and they could have soaked me for whatever the termite treatment costs but they did not do that. I felt bad that they did all that hard work for nothing and they were so honest not to tell me I had something that I didn't. I was so impressed with that and so I had them do pest control in my house, and it worked so well that I have been using them ever since. They are courteous and nice. The guys that come out are nice young men and they seem like really nice folks. I have recommended them to my mother and she has used them too.

We are under a contract with them. Whatever they are doing works. They don't need to come in and they don't seem to have any problems with our dog.

Our guy was very prompt, respectful and considerate of our home and management. He was honest about what needed to be done, and what didn’t he took care of our problem and made sure we had how to reach him if we were not satisfied.

They are professional and they seem to know as to what they are doing. They come out and check the sentricon system once in every three months. It costs $75 per quarter. Overall, they seem to be doing a good job. I have nothing to deduct from them. It is an insurance plan to a certain extent. They come out and do the work efficiently. It takes about fifteen minutes for them to check around the house. I have been using them for the past three years since the time I bought this house. They have not noticed any termites. My overall experience with them is good and their price is fair. I have nothing to base their quality of work on other than the fact that they show up when they are supposed to. I ask the guys if they have found anything and the answer usually is a no. I am continuing to use them although there are a variety of companies out and around.

They're very professional and they know what they're talking about.

They come and spray around the foundation of the house every three months. They are just good about calling me before they come out to let me know that they would be here. They seem to do a good job we have not had any problems.

Dayton inspected house for moisture and termites in crawl space. He had a great system for elimanating our moisture and mold problem, but we could not fit that into our budget. We asked him about termites, but he did not find any. Since our house was built over ten years ago and the original treatment was only going to last about that long we decided to go ahead and treat the house. He gave us the lowest estimate in price and a tremendous installation. We then discovered we had a problem with bed bugs and Dayton's told us they were very hard to eliminate, but we went ahead and asked them to inspect and spray for us. After three or four trips by the technician our problem was solved and we only had to pay for two rooms, but he sprayed the whole house. We now use Dayton's to provide our regular pest control needs.

Mosquitos had become unbearable for my wife. As always, Daytons was prompt, good to explain what they were doing and why, and doesnt try to hard sell unnecessary services. Highly recommend

I had significant termite activity. I wasn't sure how extensive it was. They were responsive when I called, giving me an appointment the following week. They inspected and documented for me where the activity was, then scheduled and performed a treatment. On both visits (inspection and treatment) the men were courteous and knowledgeable.

Arrived at agreed upon time and sprayed the wasp's nest with a powder. The wasps were all gone by nightfall.

They came out and sprayed for ladybugs and we started seeing more ladybugs so we called them and they came back out. They did pretty good job of being punctual and courteous. We had to call them back twice, but they did come. I think that the price is high, but I do not have anything else to base it against.

They emailed back and said I didn't have a problem. They said they will go away. It was a lovely and lenghty email response. They were very helpful. It turned out I didn't need pest control at all. They were wonderful. They are a reportable company. I like to do business with companies like that. I will definetly do business with them again.

Have been with Dayton's for about 11 years and have had no problems in either my present home or my previous home which they also treated. Previous home was originally under termite contract with Cook's Pest Control. About 2 years into it, I discovered termites had eaten through my subfloor and through my hardwood floor. The basement was infested. Their answer to this was to retreat with the same ineffective chemicals. It was then that I signed up with Dayton's and have not had a problem since.

I have utilized Dayton's for approximately 8-10 years with excellent results. If I ever need them to come out for a specific issue they have been here within 1 day. Normally, the quarterly service prevents any pest issues. The service person calls the day before to let us know he is coming out. He also asks if there are any specific issues that we've been experiencing. Since the service person does and exterior treatment, we do not have to be home. He arrives when he says he will and takes care of his business. If we are home, he will confirm the information that we previously discussed. If we aren't home, he leaves our statement.
