Description of Work: Live in a condo and next door neighbor had termites, so I called Dayton's. They came out and did a check. I asked for the cost and he said none. Fortunately I didn't have any termites and the condo assoc is handling a contract but I would use them in the future if need be.

Description of Work: Service was excellent. Did a follow up service one month later at no charge. This was for pests outside the house to keep them from migrating indoors looking for warmer environment. Took care of my problem completely. Completely satisfied with the work, and mostly with the results. Very professional. The service was for a one time expense. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
