Description of Work: David Leon installed a new whirlpool smoothtop stove today, and sold my old one for me. I have him scheduled to install an OTR microwave for me. He is always on time and keeps everything neat and clean. I would most assuredly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and qualified repairman. Description of Work: David responded to my call promptly, came to my home on time, and performed the repairs in a very professional manner. He replaced my ice maker which had stopped working. He had a new one on his truck which he installed, it made ice and worked perfectly. While David was here I found out that he is an Air Force veteran with 25 years of service and I prefer to give my work to veterans. David was clean, well groomed, and a very experienced repairman. I will certainly use his services whenever I have another opportunity to do so. He called back the next morning to make sure the ice maker was working, and it was.

Description of Work: When my husband changed the filter on our refrigerator ice machine, it quit making ice. We didn't know if he caused the problem, but he had never had the problem before when changing filters twice a year. The ice maker quit due to burnout and the new filter and the burnout incident were coincidental. The refrigerator is 9 years old. Mr. Coppock replaced the ice machine and waited until it filled with water to indicate it was working again. He explained the situation to us and what he was doing and had the new ice maker in stock on his truck. He called the following day to see if we had ice. We had ice. We are happy with his service and glad to have ice again. When I checked the cost of new ice makers on the web, I was satisfied that he hadn't overcharged us for the new ice maker and the time spent working in our kitchen. Joan

Description of Work: Called David's and made appointment for next morning. David Coppock arrived on time. He checked on the problem and after calling his supplier, submitted a quote. Since we are in process of selling our house, we decided to live with the problem until we move and buy a new refrigerator. David submitted a service call billing, left his card and was on his way. I would use him again should the occasion arise.

Description of Work: David came to repair my icemaker and determined that the major mechanism was shot. He had a replacement on hand, got it installed in an hour, and I'm convinced I got a square deal.
