CRS Exteriors

We had two exterior doors installed by CRS. The PROVIA doors they recommended are fantastic and much higher quality than the original doors. The installers were Tyler and Jordon. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. I would recommend CRS and would definitely use them for future work.

We replaced a wooden palladium window that had rotted. CRS explained our options and the time required to produce and obtain the window. Upon arrival, the John Horne and the team removed the old window and replaced it with the new one. They were professional and efficient. We highly recommend them.

From speaking with James, the sales person, to installation by Tyler and Jordan, our experience was positive. All questions were answered thoroughly. Tyler and Jordan were respectful and professional, making sure the work was done to our satisfaction. The doors are beautiful!

We had an excellent experience with CRS and particularly with their installer, John Horne. John was easy to work with, communicated effectively throughout the project, gave us choices and options when appropriate, asked when he wasn't sure, and was sufficiently meticulous in his attention to detail that he impressed even my wife (and nobody is more meticulous than she). It was a lot of windows and doors so it was not inexpensive. However, assuming the materials stand the test of time (and they should; highly rated mfg), the value proposition was good. We would definitely use CRS again and recommend them to friends and family.

The installation team of Tyler and Jordan did a great job and were a pleasure to work with; great attention to detail and efficient installation. Provided product demonstration and recommendations that were helpful. Would definitely consider using them again for future window replacement projects and/or other exterior home needs.

We spoke with Glen at CRS Exteriors in October 2023 and selected ProVia windows. They arrived in December and were installed by David and Ray. David and Ray did an excellent job with the installation! The attention to detail was fantastic. Tyler and Jordan did a great job installing our Provia doors today. The doors look and work great. They did a good job of cleaning everything up when they were finished.

We had excellent service from the beginning. When we asked for an estimate someone got back to us to schedule almost immediately. The windows and doors took a little longer to arrive than we expected but that was no big deal. The installation process was wonderful. Ray and David did the install and answered all of my questions and cleaned up completely after the job was completed. They were detail oriented and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

Tyler and Jordan arrived early, were very efficient and professional. My new door looks beautiful. They were informative about use of my door and warranty information for my door.

CRS Exteriors did a great job ordering and installing my new front door. The 2 installers that came were Tyler and Jordan They worked well together and were very good at what they do. Tyler and Jordan did a great job. CRS did such a great job with the windows on the front of the house we had them come back again to do the rear windows too.

Excellent job and product overall. Can’t say enough about Karl Fletcher the installer. He is a perfectionist, took him three trips to finish the job because of some minor parts issues. He would not accept any low quality work or issues.

CRS exteriors was great from the initial consultation through installation. Tyler and Jordan were on time and very professional. They installed my French door in a timely manner while keeping everything around the work area clean.

Cory White did an excellent job replacing our windows! He carefully cleaned up and brought his own shop vac to sweep carpet even. No mess or residue anywhere and beautiful windows! Friendly, considerate, professional. ✅

Replaced the original 21 windows and patio door on my house. The estimate process was stressful because we were investing a lot of money updating our house. My wife and I felt like CRS Exteriors offered the best products for a fair price. I can't say enough about the installers. Dave and Scotty did an outstanding job. They take a lot of pride in doing things the right way. Volunteered to rehang my blinds. Communicated with me on their progress and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Made sure I was completely satisfied when the job was done.

Supply chain issues aside, CRS was wonderful from start to finish. Alan/sales came out to measure and discuss our options and was knowledgeable, informative and patient with our questions. He was honest about the time delay for the product actually being delivered (about 4 months), which we appreciated and understood that was not something CRS would control. When we called to check in after about 3 months, CRS staff was again helpful and friendly and provided updates. The windows did finally ship and we were contacted to arrange installation. An earlier-than-planned installation date came up and we were contacted to make arrangements. The installer, Levi arrived not eh prearranged date and time and was outstanding. He explained the process thoroughly and availed himself to questions. He got the job done quickly and left the work area clean. Levi reviewed the work done and made sure we understood how our new windows functioned. Our contractors were also there working on another unrelated project and Levi engaged with them cooperatively and also availed himself to questions from them as well. Over all a great experience and we're very happy with the service from CRS.

Tyler of CRS Exteriors did a great job. he showed up on the promised day and time. He was polite and quiet but focused on his work - no long phone calls or smoke breaks. He said the installation would take 3-4 hours, and it ended up taking 3.5 hours. He cleaned up as he went along, and at the end he cleaned up inside and our, and took away the old windows and trim pieces.

Everything was wonderful. Corey white did the windows. He worked quickly and very efficiently. Excellent workmanship. Tyler and Lee installed the door. They did an excellent job. The quality of the work and materials exceeded our expectations

These guys did a great job. They were very professional. They involved us in all decisions and tried their best to keep us comfortable and make sure we were happy. They cleaned up after themselves, and definitely left the place in better shape than they found it. I would highly recommend them and use them again.
