Tyler and Lee installed a new front door making sure it fit perfectly with minimal mess and cleaned inside and out when they were finished....I'm very pleased with the result.

I have used CRS Exterior for windows, guttering, adding a sunroom and today having a new sliding glass installed. The gentlemen today did a great installation and old door removal. They were courteous, friendly and had the work done in a very timely manner. They cleaned up and left everything looking good. I appreciate the owners, salesman I have worked with and their installers. Would highly recommend.

Steven and Wes did a great job on our front office window. When we encountered an unforeseen problem, it was address on the spot and the work completed in a timely, quality manner.

Tyler and Lee arrived on time, introduced themselves and began work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after completion. They were friendly, helpful and answered every question I asked. They worked steadily from the time they started to finishing. I would recommend them to everyone. In fact I asked if I get another product would they please be the ones to return and install.

We needed to have 14 windows replaced on the exterior of my house. Within a few days of organizing, Wes and Stephen came by and had the whole thing done in three days. They were professional, courteous, and even helped to move some furnature back to their original spots when it was all said and done.

Excellent experience! While I had to wait on the windows to come in, the ordering and installation was outstanding. The installer Cory W was very experienced and did great work. I will use again for sure.

Mike was a terrific installer, very professional and friendly. I love my new windows. Patience is required nowadays because it took 6 months for the windows to be manufactured! Customer Service was great. Would definitely recommend this company.

This makes the 2nd time we have used CRS also the 2nd time Tyler and Dakoda have been here (after last installationwe requested them again). They are amazing, work very hard, and really want the customers to be satisfied!! Anybody that can put up with my pickiness and do satisfactory work is highly recommended in my book!

This is the second job completed by CRS and installation from Dave & Scotty. The window and door measurements were spot on, and the installation went great. Dave & Scotty always do a great job, they work well together and they kept me entertained with their banter. They will not leave or call a job complete until the customer is happy/satisfied and they are satisfied everything is completed and working properly. Scotty even adjusted my front door so it hung in the frame correctly and opened and closed smoothly. Little things mean a lot to professional installers. Thanks for the hard work guys!

Overall it went very well. It took longer than was promised to have the windows delivered due to supply chain issues. The installer Michael did a great job considering his assistant / helper did not show up for most of the install. People just won't work anymore. Michael is an artist and he made everything work and the house now looks fantastic. His trim work is precise. We are very happy with CRS Exteriors and highly recommend this company. We bought the Marvin Windows and they are so quiet. We are looking forward to the savings we'll see on our utility bills from now on.

It went very well. One door was on a bump-out addition that had some construction issues we discovered, and the other door was on an original part of our 95 year old house. Both installations were challenging, but Karl and Kurtiss did an excellent job resolving them, and stayed until the job was done. They were very professional and conscientious.

Karl and Curtis installed front door and did great job with installation with only 1/8 inch allowance to work with and in a short period of time. No daylight showing anywhere around door after installation. Dave and Scottie did 22 windows on two levels, showed up every day when they said and did a good job with installation and repairing damage done by squirrels to wooden window sills. Both crews cleaned up their debris daily and removed all old windows and door. They were very personable and easy to work with. Both crews worked in 90+ degree heat and 90+ % humidity without a lot of breaks. They were very alert about weather conditions and planned their project so that no windows nor the door were removed during rain. Windows were ordered in Feb. and we were told there was a 3-4 month delay in delivery due to supply issues with manufacturer. They updated in June that Aug was the estimated delivery date but then when they came in July, we were called on Friday and installation started on Monday. We first contacted the company by walking into their office, unscheduled. All of the staff was busy with scheduled customers, but the owner was available and took the time to tell us about their products and services.

They did an excellent job, they always showed up exactly when they said they would. It was very hot here and they were just there dripping in sweat doing everything until the job was finished. They cleaned up afterwards and it was very good.

It took six months for the door to arrive but the installation went well and it looks beautiful!

Although we had high expectations, even those were exceeded. The windows are of surprisingly high quality and very easy to operate. The team that installed them were professional and extremely talented, with the only flaw being where I touched Tyler;s caulking because it was so smooth I couldn’t believe it was caulking, just great; I’d recommend them to anyone.

I got several quotes for installing 14 windows some of which were ridiculous and CRS was by far the most reasonable. All in all the people at CRS are accommodating to work with. The most satisfactory part of the process was the installation. Installers Dave and Scotty were absolutely amazing. There was something different about how my old windows were installed and Dave and Scotty had to basically customize each window in a way that they would not normally have to. It was a very difficult job for them and as a result took much longer than the normal install. Even with this hurdle they took their time on each window and the results were amazing. They are perfectionists at their work and take great pride in it. If I am ever in need of product again I would choose CRS Exteriors and request Dave and Scotty for install.

It went very well. Both Karl and Kurtiss did a great job as we were worried in the beginning but they assured us it wood all work out well. It did and it looks great! They did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished and did a great job handling the door when putting it in! They did excellent carpentry work to get the door installed as well!

I had 18 windows replaced with the Marvin Infinity line. James was the sales person and answered all questions and provided much help in the selection process. Installation took 2.5 days with 7 windows on 2nd floor. Dave and Scotti were the installers and did a fantastic job. I'm very particular about house repairs and I'm happy to say they went above and beyond in making this job successful with no short cuts!! They communicated well, laid out their daily goals and didn't stop until achieving them. The windows look great and perform well.

Dave and Scotty did an outstanding job! They communicated well, showed up on time, performed stellar work, and kept the job site continuously clean. Dave has years of valuable experience and truly takes pride in his craftsmanship. Ed, our sales person, was also easy to work with, responsive, and dedicated. The office staff is always easy to reach and friendly. I sincerely thank CRS for taking such good care of us! We are grateful!
