Description of Work: We have yet to receive our windows but so far the service and experience has been excellent. We have gotten so many good reviews and recommendations to use CRS from friends and I have heard from many reputable sources that the Marvin Infinity windows out perform the competitors. We had quotes and visited many other retailers including Renewal by Andersen, Home Depot, Pella, Lowes, Champion, Window World, and Hiwasee. These by far were the best people, price and product. We are looking forward to having all 20 of our new windows installed soon!

Took time at end of the day to explain all paperwork, etc. No rush to get out of here. I haven't seen this from ANY other installer. | |Windows and exterior trim look great! Best job by any exterior contractor I've had done... ever. | |Material pricing was probably average, but the installation made this a bargain. Original sales job was very comfortable also. No pressure sales pitch. Just the facts. Mr. Clark was experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. | |Also impressive that a co-owner/partner of the company, Mr. Olen Rowe, actually made the final measurements before fabrication and installation. Again, experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Description of Work: They showed up on time led by David Walliker and two other installers.They installed 13 windows and 2 sliding glass doors.The install took 3 days and they had everything cleaned up,curtains rehung,and windows looking spotless.This company does just what they advertise,
