Corum Well Drilling & Pump

Sunday afternoon our "leak frog" alerted us that our booster pump sprung a leak when the casing cracked. Corum and others popped up on the pump manufacturer's page, a crosscheck with Angie's List got me the reviews and a phone number. I called expecting to leave a message and was pleasantly surprised when a human being answered! Dustin listened patiently, addressed my questions and concerns thoroughly. I felt confident the reviews were accurate and I had the right person to do the job. On Tuesday at 10AM Don and Jimmy showed up with an exact replacement. They too answered my questions while efficiently installing and checking their work. They cleaned up, wrote up the invoice and were on their way with a check about 11:30 leaving us confident and satisfied with our new pump and improved water pressure.

The whole project took two days. Wiring was rat-chewed and covered by Corum with a protective sheath. The water tank was "water logged" and replaced. Some of the mechanical parts of the system were burned out and they were replaced. They were friendly and explained in detail all aspects of the job. No wasted time. We now have water that runs at the proper pressure and a new tank. They are the best!

Perfect, there is nothing more I could say about this company other then perfect. This is not the first time I have used this company, and I am always satisfied . I have ever given the name to a friend and the job they did , he was very pleased.

He showed me as we went what was wrong and told me why he needed to replace it. He wound up finding and fixing a water leak that had been running my electric bill up, so this repair will actually pay for itself over time with savings on my electric bill! He had to replace rusty gages and shut offs that were fairly unrecognizable due to age and disrepair. He even went back when he questioned whether a pipe he had just replaced would leak or not and replaced it again at his expense. He wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any more problems any time soon from this. I really appreciated his honesty and eye for a job well done! If I have any other problems of this nature in the future this is the company I will call! And, I will recommend them to everyone I know! Fair, fast and reliable! You can't get any better than that!

They are extremely responsive, even on the weekends. They always answer the phone on weekends. They are very professional. They are in the business for the long haul. They want to solve the problem and they are extremely helpful in doing so.

As a prior service business owner, I can appreciate the level of dedication and hard work it takes to run a service business today and Corum Well Drilling & Pump Service has easily earned any and all future business from me. We had just moved into our new home and discovered the well pump was not functioning; no furniture, record heat and no water was challenging to say the least. Contacted Dustin via AL on Saturday and he answered within minutes, which impressed me right off the get go. He walked me through some possible solutions and stayed in contact with us right through Sunday. The long and short of it is, his crew did have to come out first thing Monday morning. His crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Found the problem in minutes and started immediately with the repair. Price was beyond fair for the service provided. I can not recommend them enough...top notch!

This service was a perfect example of why I use Angie's List. We were having significant issues with water delivery to our cabin and had no idea if the well was bad, if the well pump was bad or if it was something else. In addition, since we are from out of town, we had no idea to call. Angie's list listed Corum Well Drilling and Pump Repair as an "A" supplier and they were exactly right - they were great. They called before they arrived, and showed up as advertised. They were extremely friendly and helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue resulting in a needed fix but one that was significantly less expensive than I had feared. I cannot recommend these guys enough if you have well issues you need to aaddress.

At every step of their work they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Friendly people. They had a tank that fit my daughter's water system and that was that. They had to return at a later date to fix a well wire that a landscaper cut with his mower. As usual, amiable and competent.

He went over the steps another company had taken and found that the fault was with the water tank (not the water heater). He was very thorough and informed me what he was doing step by step. The water was restored after the faulty water tank was replaced. A little short on details; but it's been a while since this was done.

Service was fantastic! Price was fair and they were quick to respond.

Our well suddenly stopped. We called Corum at 9 PM and they answered and scheduled a service call for early the next morning. They did a great job, checked out the pump and discovered a leak behind the basement wall was the problem. They did a great job getting to the leak and fixing it. We would definitely use them again.

He also checked out the electrical connections and explained some of the workings of the system and some ideas to improve the set up. This company is polite, professional, and knowledgeablessional, and knowledgeable. I have put their card in my current file. We will ise them in the future.

Without warning my well went down. It was late Saturday afternoon and I was panicked. I called three companies, two on Angie's list that advertised 24/7 service. Not one of those advertised could come and help me until Monday. These included Johnson Plumbing, Brogden Plumbing, and Taylor Pipe and Wrench Plumbing. Corum was here within and hour, diagnosed my problem and fixed it. They could have told me I needed to repipe my whole well costing thousands but were honest, courteous and efficient. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

They are very responsive. When you call them, you reach the owner directly every time. They even supplied me with a tank so that they could supply me with water in between the projects. He had a pump that he put on top of the tank that provided water throughout our entire house while they were obtaining the parts for the booster pump replacement. I have never seen that type of service from a water pump company before.
