They are really reliable and good. I really like them. I will definitely continue using them.

He usually calls us out the day before he comes out. He is very nice. I would recommend others to call him. He charges separately for the termite inspection and the charge depends if they find any termites.

Our guy's name is Ted. I pay them if I am here; otherwise they bill us. We will continue to use them.

They spray once every month and do a good job. They are reliable and I like their exterior service plan. I have used their services for several years and will continue to do so in future.

These guys provide personal service. They go beyond simply spraying for insects. They go around knocking down spider webs outside and inside the house and put out traps if they have been seeing problems with rodents or other animals in the area. I have them out every month and they have been excellent.

They got the contract. They were really good and we were able to negotiate with them to get a good rate and the service that we wanted. We wanted centricon and not a bunch of bug spray. We pay them quarterly. Their price was very competitive. We were able to negotiate with them in a very big way.

Large ants started coming in the house. Cook's identified them as carpenter ants and explained that when there are carpenter ants there are usually termites. Sure enough, he found termites and showed me where they were located. I signed up for a one-year contract for pest control and termite control. I called on a Monday and the work was done by Wednesday. All workers were very professional and they showed up when they said they would.

If we see something inside the house they can come inside and spray there too for no extra charge, it's all covered by our monthly payment. They are very prompt and each neighborhood is assigned one specific person. We had a mouse in the house not too long ago so we called the guy and he came out the same day to set up traps and spray some stuff around the house.

Problem terminated! We are impressed with Cook?s level of expertise, courtesy, and friendliness of the inspectors. They come out 4 time a year to monitor the system and always show up as scheduled and seem to do a thorough and competent job. Highly recommended! 12/20/14 UPDATE: Several years ago they changed their termite bait maintenance service to twice a year inspections (from 4) and switched to using active/poison baits in the ground all the time (from using passive baits unless termite activity was detected). The annual fee, however, remained the same (about $300). I was concerned with poison leaching into the ground year round (especially since I have dogs in the back yard) and I felt $300/yr for half the service was excessive. I asked the service technician every time he visited to have someone from the company to call me about these two concerns. No one ever did. I gave up, cancelled their service and asked them to remove their poisoned baits from my yard. They didn't do that either, even after a couple of reminders, leaving me to perform that task.

It is very informal and personal service. I had wasps out by our swimming pool and we couldn't even get near it. They came right in and took care of it. I like them.

I have been using them for a long time and I never see any bugs after they spray. They are very good and very reasonable in terms of price.

We have always had a good experience with this company. They not only take care of our pest control, they monitor any termite activity. I feel that they are reliable.

The estimator Bob came to my house and did a thorough walk through around the house, inside the house, crawlspaces, bedrooms and especially around the basement. He explained what he was looking for, showed me where the ants were nesting, found termites outside next to some rotten logs. He explained how the treatments worked, pricing, and plans and what to expect. Offered termite service which I did not opt for. Very friendly and no pressure at all. I choose to take the monthly pest control treatment plan at $38 a month. I live in a 3700 sq. ft. house so this seemed reasonable. Next week they sent the exterminator and he did a very thorough examination and began the treatments. He was in my house and outside approximately an hour and half. Very thorough and professional. Within one week all the ants were dead or gone. Even the ones in my roof and ceiling. Each day I was delighted to find more dead ants! The stuff they used works! It didn't smell and I did notice strong fumes, just a slight odor that went away in a day. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and relatives. Very good experience overall.

Cooks has never done us wrong. They have managed to keep our home termite free. That is what I like best about them. I do not wish to have critters or bugs so I would have to say they have done their job adequately in terms of the work they have done for us.

Cooks came out promptly (same day) and gave an estimate for pest control and termite control and monitoring. Once we selected their service their salesman crawled under the house for a VERY thorough inspection, they installed the termite stations 2 days later, and made the initial "other" pest spray 3 days later. They were very conscious of my infant and animals. We also have extensive landscaping and Cooks did not disturb it in the least.

I recently discontinued my membership with this company because I get headaches. I think the chemicals they use cause them. I will say if they didn't use chemicals, I would continue to use them. They are honest. I even left a key for the gentlemen on my porch and he would come right in and do the work he needed to each time. Overall, they are quite a good service.

I have had no problems at all with pests since Cook's Pest Control starting coming out to spray. They always leave a note on my door, letting me know they were here and whether they found any problems or not. They are also extremely courteous on the phone.

We have never had a bug problem so I know whatever they do must be working. Everyone that comes out seems to be very educated in what to look and spray for.

Cooks is a very reliable company. I like that they're always on time and do exactly what they say their going to do. The man that sprays is always professional and courteous.

I think Cook's does a very good job because I have not seen any sign of termites at my house. They were very helpful when they came out I explained that I did not want spraying in my home a lot. He said they were able to put centricon granules around my yard.
