I don't know how good they are because they don't do a lot that I couldnt do. I have never had them do any real work but they have a prevention and if I ever find termites in the house they come because of the warranties. I don't feel I am in a place to even rate them. They are decent, they have a 1/2 way decent reputation and I feel I would have to rate them after the 1st time I had a termite infestation.

We are very satisfied. They have reasonable rates. We've had some problems with ants this spring and they have come out numerous times within 24 hours when I have called them. They are reliable.

The people are punctual and think they do a good job.

Our technician Ray is a sweetheart. He calls us the night before and lets us know he is coming. If we have any special requests, he always fulfills them.

They are good. They are always professional. They always tell before they come. They keep me informed about what they are doing.

They do a good job, and I've had a good experience with them. I would rate them highly, and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They are very good. If the bugs show up after they have done their monthly spraying, they will come back whenever I need them. Their products work, and they have a different formulation that they use if there are children in the house, so that the youngsters won't be harmed. The technicians who come out are friendly and professional. They have to work at other places also, and they have to drive some distance, so their punctuality is not always on the money, but it is close.

This was an estimate for pest control only, particularly carpenter bees on the back porch and miscellanous bugs getting in the house. The scheduling process was quick and easy. The gentleman showed up on time. However, instead of taking a quick estimate on the services I was requesting, he took me on a tour of my property digging into stumps and trying to sell me on termite service. That was not what I was looking for and decided to go with another company.

I have been using them for years. They come out every month. They charge $30 a visit. They are good on all fronts. I have had problems with ants for years. Sometimes, they cannot seem to control it. I will continue to use them.

We have them on a monthly basis. They have a routine program they do, they're reliable, come out when expected, we don't see any bugs, and they're good. We pay $37 a month for their service.

They are here when they say they will be here. They are very polite and do good. If I need anything done inside the house, they will take care of that as well.

They come once a month. I am on an annual contract with them. I pay a year in advance and I get a discount. They are very nice and courteous. They come the second Tuesday of every month around eight thirty. If he is late he usually calls and lets me know that he is going to be late or if he misses he calls and lets me know that something came up and he can't make the date so they always arrange with me. Otherwise, he just shows up on time. I think they are quite pricey but they give good result so I am okay with that. I have actually renewed the contract for quite a few years.

They returned my call and gave me the estimate promptly.

They do a pretty good job. They do an exterior check and treatment. We've been using them about three years. We don't have bugs so I think they do a good job. Their price hasn't gone up a bunch either. They're very polite and professional and leave the bill at your door.

They also do a quarterly inspection. The service is great. The technicians are wonderful. They worked around my schedule so that I didnt have to take off from work. They will call when they are coming out. They are also quick to respond whenever I have a problem. I am very happy with them.

I have used them several times in the past for pest control issues. They really do great work. They are friendly to work with and always communicate as to when the service will take place. They really seem to care about the customer.

I haven't ever had anybody else to compare them to, they are the ones I had and they came out every month. They come and check everything. They have been pretty thorough. I haven't had any problems with him. I would tell others to use them. Their price seems reasonable for what they do, but I don't have anything to compare it to. They don't really have a special day or anything to come out, but they do call the night before and say when they are coming. They are always here when they say they are going to be.

I spend about $30 on that service. I would tell others that they have a good customer service team and they are very responsible.

They were terrible. We have had service with them for years. Their customer service was anything but helpful. My husband even called the president of the company and talked to him. We needed a letter to close our house and they could not do it. They had to get somebody to sign it and they could not get the signatures. If they have treated my house for three years for termites then it should not take them so long to get a letter saying that the house did not have termites. I asked them for the letter long time ago, but they never sent it. Finally the time for closing the house and they could not get the letter. They have delayed closing of my house. I will not be using them again.

I have been using their services for six months. They charge me on an hourly basis. Their services seem to actually take care of the problem whereas with other pest control services in the past, pests were still an issue.

I am not very happy with them. They come during the times that I am at work and they won't work with me to change that to a Saturday. They do the outside and they don't come inside and spray because I am not there. So I am not really very satisfied with them. Over time they have changed. They said they combined areas so I have a different person coming. They are supposed to call the night before they come to spray, but they don't anymore. They did the first three months now they quit calling and now the only way I know that they have been there is that they leave a bill on my front door. So basically I don't even know that they even spray. How am I to know they did their job. They know that I am not there through the day. They do have a service on Saturday but they won't service my house on Saturday. I won't work with me on that. I am getting spiders on the inside of my house and I can't get them to come on a day that I am not working so that they can come in and spray. They said that they would be more than happy to come in and spray but if I have to work, I can't stay there and I am the only person in the household so there is nobody else that could be there. Also they are supposed to spray the outside once a month and I got an ant infestation which started in my house on the foundation side which was covered. It was almost black with ants. So it makes me wonder if they do come and spray the outside at all. I had to go out there myself because the guy who mows my yard for me, he came and told me that I have an ant nest on the side of your house and I found out that one side of the foundation of my house was almost solid black with ants. I told Cook's Pest Control and the next day they called and he was supposed to come and he promised to take a look at it the next time he is here. But I had already killed them. I had to go out there by myself and spray it off. So I am just thinking if they spray it should last between times. It does look like that they spray because had they done it the ants would not have come out there if they had sprayed the foundation as they were supposed to. The guy to whom I talked to first and set it all up, he was very professional but that was all I have not met any of the others. So I am not very sure. Also the termite sentricon system that they put around my house and it is the type that they come out every six months and check that. They came and installed it all. I think it was very expensive. It was over $1500 for them to do that and they come every six months and check the little termite's station around the perimeter of my house. I had them to come out once and check the termite station. I will not use them in the future. The only problem that I have in cancelling the service with them is because I have so much money getting this sentricon system installed.

Contacted company when house had roaches. After quick reply from company representative, appointment was made. At personal interview, representative explained services and I expanded my request to treat both roaches and termites. Representative explained costs and programs of each request. Contract was signed. Two weeks later, actual work was started. Termite treatment was done OUTSIDE, while roach treatment was done INSIDE. Roaches are notoriously hard to get rid of, but by the time six weeks from beginning treatment had passed, I would only see one roach a week instead of the hundreds I was seeing originally. I never saw termites inside my home, but saw evidence on outside building that they had been there. The treatment chosen for this does not initially show changes at this time of year, but I know by the time spring returns and they start settling in again, that the treatment will be significantly effective by that time. The service man is excellent in customer service and very willing to answer questions and explain proceedures when asked. He is very personable as well. I do not believe I could ask for any better service than what I have been given.
