Description of Work: The salesman was professional and knowledgeable, so we purchased the entire package. The initial pest service was not to our satisfaction. We called, the same guy was sent back out. We wrote the company and they have fixed the problem and gave us a new guy, whom we like. Cook's was professional and we like their services now. We get both their pest and termite services. Our pest services are about $35 a month and the termite is about $40 every 3 months.

Description of Work: They came out for a free analysis and then came back to spray for bugs about a week later. They were professional and prompt and got rid of my ants!

Description of Work: I am very disappointed in this company. I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up or even bothered to call, etc. Very poor customer service.

Description of Work: This is my regular pest control company, and they have come every month for 10 years. They treat the outside of the home for bugs and termites. The termite service costs $75 every three months. They call in advance to let us know they are coming.
