Conner Asphalt Paving

Left some overspill, but it wasn't communicated that it would be taken off. We were overall pleased with them.

Wendell and Ernest have made up for our previous review. Busy times for all of us- we received a call and email from them apologizing for our quote being late and everything is good now. We plan on using them this spring on the work previously mentioned in a review from us. Update then on work done for us. We look forward to it!

Once we got a firm date finalized, the contractor was on time and did an excellent job. The driveway is smooth and even, with no more potholes and cracks. Very professional job. Excellent communications with Mr. Turner from start to finish. We were also provided information on how to treat and care for the new asphalt.

On their initial visit, they provided us with an estimate. They also told me what to expect so that I would not be susceptible to cons. The price came in exactly as quoted and they came when they said they would be here. The prep work was done well and they completed exactly what they said they would do. They are very professional. The cost was expensive, but it was well worth the cost. I will be hiring them for the resealing of the driveway in two more years.

They were prompt providing an estimate and doing the work. Their bid was significantly lower than other bids, and they were willing to cooperate with us in deciding what should be paved and what could be sealed and yet maintain the integrity of the overall driveway. The team was polite, mannerly, and efficient. We have set up a schedule for annual maintenance. We would highly recommend them for any paving job needed to be done.

Estimate was less than other company but thousands. Very polite and professional.

Ernie came out and measured the driveway and area in front of the garage doors and gave an estimate. It was a bit more than I had thought but I suppose I'm behind the times with materials cost and workmanship. Later he called and set up a date for the job and they were right on time and were out early. The entire job took around three hours. A section was cut in front of the garage doors about five or six feet the full width and the asphalt was taken up and disposed of. New asphalt was poured and smoothed out and the rest of the driveway to the road was filled wih about two inches of material and the entrance to the driveway from the road was filled in as it was too low for a long time. I was told to sprinkle the driveway down after 24 hours to help dry/cure it but didn't have to do that as it rained the next day. I was instructed by Wendell to call back in a year for the sealer to be applied. Overall the work was second to none. The driveway and area filled at the end of the driveway looked superb. I did have a couple of issues with three areas in front of the garage doors as after the asphalt dried I noticed those areas looked like they had been patched and one of the sections was holding water after the rain. Three different sections and sizes where the old asphalt had been cut out and filled in looked like patches. I was told that was due to the ground being soft in that area and the areas did have to be done by shovel so that could have been the reason for the differences in textures. I was told they could come back out and fill in more with a cold patch supply of asphalt but, I didn't want to do that as it may not have looked so good nor perhaps adhered to the other asphalt over time. Just a guess as I don't know just how it would have looked and decided to leave it. In short, I was very pleased with the driveway with the above exception. However, I was told when the first initial sealing was done those areas would probably never be noticed. I can only think a little more asphalt being poured and smoothed would have eliminated those patchy looks. Being a layman and never having had this done before I'm just speculating what it would have taken and could be all wet in my assumptions. With the addition of the sealer next time I think maybe those areas will be masked and not be as noticeable, if at all. A great company and personnel to deal with and have no reservations about a super recommendation.

They had plenty of help, moved efficiently, did a great job with no significant mess. They are a little hard to reach since they have no office, but they get back to you in a day or two. I thought the price was a little high, but the quality job was worth it. They are all very courteous, do not cause any collateral damage and I will have them back anytime I need paving.

It's been a while since our driveway was done, but Conner Paving was prompt, professional, and did a great job. No complaints. Our driveway still looks good almost a year later.

I have a long driveway (about 1/4 mile) and couldn't afford to have the entire driveway resurfaced - which probably would have been the best approach, but I needed to stabilize the problem areas. Ernie, an estimator, came out within a week of my call. To be upfront, I wasn't in a hurry so this worked fine for me. Ernie gave me a few options and let me decide which approach based on my objective. I later called Ernie to check out another section and provide an estimate. The first and second estimates were very much in line with another and consistent. They were fairly backed up to scheduled the work - maybe a month - but again, that didn't bother me since the damage didn't happen overnight and I was willing to wait. Conner did not disappoint and patched both sections and I couldn't be happier. They got it done in one day (actually, only half a day).

My experience overall went very. They did a great job repairing the driveway. I was very pleased with the outcome of the service. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. They were also punctual and efficient. They stood by what they would say. The pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Last year Conner Asphalt Paving installed a new asphalt driveway. Mr. Conner suggested that next year, that the surface of the driveway be coated and quoted me a price which seemed very reasonable. I contacted Mr. Conner and set a date for the resurfacing. He and his crew showed up mid-day and thoroughly cleaned the leaves and debris off first. After getting the cars out of the garage, he coated the driveway giving the driveway a uniform coat of sealer. He was finished in about an hour. The bill was for the price quoted last year even though the price of the asphalt coating had gone up since then. I was very pleased with the job and the workmen were polite and helpful ensuring the driveway was clear. Helped me move the trash cans out to the street. Very good recommendation. Price is right, work is good, punctual and just a great job.

They came and estimated the job. They arrived on the scheduled day. The installation crew reviewed the job and suggested a modification which made the job go more quickly. They did an excellent job with the pavement. They cleaned up after the job. The suggested modifications ended up in roughly $1000. in savings. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did what they promised, when they promised and more cheaply then estimated. I highly recommend Conner Asphalt Paving.

O.K. They were unable to fix one area due to the necessity of a retaining wall but it is MUCH better than it was in the past.

Connor Asphalt Paving repaved and enlarged our driveway. They were efficient and professional. They kept us informed when they would be here and did a thorough, excellent job. I cannot say enough about the efficient and professional way they handled the job--especially the owner Mr. Connor who worked with his team. My husband called for an estimate. One of the employees came when he said he would and gave us an estimate. Unfortunately, then the rains came, and they could not come for several days. However, Mr. Connor called and gave us a date he would be here. He was true to his word. It took one day to excavate and a second day to pave. The team did an excellent job and left no debris. I highly recommend this company.

They did what they said they would do. They did a fine job

I could not believe the perfect job the crew was able to achieve. My driveway was perfect on inspection. No hills, no bumps, the drainage was perfect. The slopes were excellent. The surface was smooth and dense. I could not imagine a better job. I was not home when the work was done but I did arrive at the completion of the job. The price was right and the work was excellent.

The gentleman from Conner arrived to do the quote. Very nice man. Very courteous and professional. But they were very backed up with work, likely due to their good reputation.

Conner paving arrived on time with a paving machine, a bobcat, a rolling machine, two very large dump trucks, and 5 men. They excavated the area at the garage to provide a flush joint to the garage concrete floor, and drainage away from the garage. They put down pug base to level the bumps and low places in the drive. They used the paving machine to put down 2" of hot asphalt which was compacted to about 1 1/2". The edges where clean and straight. They did a really beautiful job. This is a family run business, and they were all courteous and professional.

They do excellent, quality work. You may have to wait for services, because they're so good that they're always backed up, but they do get to you as soon as possible.

I got them through Angie's List, and they did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. I would use them in the future if needed.
