I am completely satisfied with the rapair work and the price I paid! Computer Works is corrently located on the corner of Merchants Drive at Camelia Road, Knoxville, TN 37912
Description of Work: Computer Works replaced the weak LCD screen, that was going bad, on my laptop. They did a quick turn-around, the work was completed in less than 1 day, from the time I took my laptop in for an estimate to work completed. Had I wanted a new screen it would have taken 2 to 3 weeks to get a new LCD screen from the manufacturer for installation. I consider that I was lucky they had a used one on hand. I consider that

Description of Work: After uncovering a 5 year old college laptop I thought dead, these guys didn't break a sweat in finding a new case then upgrading ram and storage space, all on top of repairing the motherboard! It was brought back to life and for an amazingly low price. Very approachable, professional, and knowledge staff. Will definitely be using them again.
