Showed up when he said. Had to order a part and come back. Called when it arrived and scheduled the fix. No problem.

Outstanding service, puncuality, and price.

This provider was asked about a estimate for repair to a very lightly used older Whirlpool dishwasher. It was over $50.00 for him to come to the home to evaluate it. He said he would not even look at it since it was older...that seems a waste, since I am writing to you on a seven year old laptop. We believe in attempting to repair items, cars, etc. prior to just throwing them out and getting a new one.... It was particularly a disappointment since it was the first provider we had called on Angie's list, since he was 'A' rated. We are sure we will find someone not afraid to actually look at an older dishwasher and see if it can be fixed. I have already spoken to the Whirlpool company and several others, and have been assured that it will hurt nothing to look at it, and since it has been taken care of and lightly used, it's getting power, and was actually used the night before, it might well be something fairly easy to fix...so we will keep plugging away...but what a disappointing first attempt! He was polite, just very uninterested. It was an odd conversation. Good luck if you try this company...

It was a relative simple procedure using suction and hot water to clear the line.

He came on time discovered what the problem was with the refrigerator. Found out what type filament I needed and told me he would have to find the type to fin in my oven. He came back later that afternoon and replaced the filament. He was on time. He worked the entire time he was at my house.

Complete Appliance Services came promptly, arrived at the promised time, did the job well and charged a reasonable fee. Complete Appliance Services previously repaired appliances for us and has always done an excellent job, charged a fair price and given good advice. In one instance (a previous dishwasher), the recommendation was to replace the appliance rather than have them do an expensive repair.

I called this company to see about repairing my washing machine. We spoke about the issue and I asked if it would be cheaper to buy new and he gave an honest answer. Most companies would have came out and made you pay a service call fee to tell you the same. If anything else goes wrong I know who to call!

It went very good. He gave me an estimate now its up to me if I want to spend that kind of money in a unit that is !0 years old. I will defininitely call him again.

Barry was early for the appointment, figured out the problem within minutes, and was only at my sister-in-law's house probably 35 minutes, problem with dishwasher solved.

Very honest, took his time, and did his research. Highly recommended and would use him again in the future.

If I could give an A++ for every category, I would. Called Barry and was able to get ahold of him immediately. He asked us to look into the freezer and discribe some things, and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, order the part and have it repaired the same day. His responsiveness and punctuality was unbelievable. Our renter said the fridge is working "good as new". The price was fine, Barry was very friendly and comfortable to work with. For any future appliance work, I will not call anyone else!

Overall the service tech was on time and very congenial.I was a little disappointed that none of the service call was applied towards the repair and we were charged for the full service call, the full list price of any materials and an additional labor charge to make the repairs. Overall however I can't really complain as he worked quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck.

I've used his services for years. He's a wonderful guy and works on anything. He's flexible and reliable. He comes when he says he will. He's very inexpensive compared to others.

Mr. Comeaux explained to me over the phone that the sound of my washing machine spinning indicates a bad bearing. This means a repair so costly we would be better off using it until it fails, then buying a new machine. Very helpful information.

We thought they were very reasonably priced due to the amount of time spent on the repair. We will definitely use them again.

He did a good job. it was showing scrambled error codes on the display. He tried to fix it without replacing the $300 contol module, but it was fried. He had to make three trips because the first module was defective. On time and called ahead for all visits.

Jenn-Air electric downdraft range was returning error codes and beeping. Own research pointed to a bad touch pad and/or electronic control unit. Both items were expensive to replace ($300.00+). My concern was the additional cost to install new item. My wife called Complete Appliance and spoke to owner Mr Comeaux. Mr Comeaux was able to confirm possible causes, made recommendation on replacing touch pad, provided an estimate on cost and ordered part on my wife's approval. Appointment was setup and Mr Comeaux arrived at scheduled date and time. Mr Comeaux was successful in installing the new part and worked in a highly professional manner. The cost of the part was similiar to prices I saw on the internet and the fees charged for the service call and installation were very reasonable. Range has been working fine since this repair.

Mr. Comeaux came out when he said he would. He called first and said he was on his way. My husband and I are very satisfied with his professional service.

We had just rented our home and the new renters moved in only to find that when they tried to used the dishwasher it began to leak badly,They called me and I immediately called Complete Appliance and spoke to Barry.This was on a Tuesday and he offered to go immediately, but that was not convenient for our new renters.I told him the exact day and time that week they requested and he arrived at the requested time. He repaired the water pump and was in and out of there quickly,He left everything neat and in order.

Found problem immediately (was a broken wire) and repaired. Previous repair place completely misdiagnosed problem.

When I first contacted Barry and explained the problem, he told me that since the washer was 20 years old it would probably be time to replace it. It has always been dependable and this was the first repair so I asked him to take a look at it. He was very helpful in scheduling a time that was convenient to me. He inspected it and said that it was in good condition. He was out at the house for about 30-40 minutes and I was back in business. Highly recommended!

I have had Barry, the owner fix several things for us over the years and my friends use him as well. He is very honest and trustworthy. He will tell you upfront if the appliance isn't worth fixing instead of taking your money. The appliances work like new when he is done.
