Description of Work: Repaired broken wheel that was causing loud noise and uneven rotation of drum. He had to remove the entire drum to complete the repair. He even ran to parts store and returned promptly to finish.

Description of Work: As it turns out, he was kind enough to help me on the phone. My dishwasher had and electrical smell and was smoking from the control panel. He advised it would be very expensive to repair and my best option would be to purchase a new one. He seemed more interested in servicing his customer than making money on a needless service call. If any appliance we have has a future problem, he will be our first call.
